Antonio was our pool guy, very friendly, knowledgeable and when tell you if he saw any problems. Antonio left , The company subcontracts to other guys. I have new faces coming in my backyard plus I have kids from all this covid stuff. The service is weekly but will skip weeks sometimes. I have cameras all over the house which alert me every time someone is in my driveway and backyard. I called the owner just to ask did my days switch? I keep my dog in the house so he doesn't bother him. They don't check for chemicals levels just eyeball is what I was told. I never heard of a contractor, Dr, Teacher, etc eyeball. So I decided to test my water 2 days later. My chlorine was well over 10 which is super high! I brought it to the owners attention and he stated the summer is ok and it needs to last a week. Plus he told me that my filter might be the problem because it was old and dirty. I asked why didn't you mention this before? Too many issues and wasn't worth the money for 20 minutes a month $100 smh The people you hire reflect your company, do a better job!
