I asked him to replace the Clearray bulb, part of the ozonater system. I sent a picture of the filter and bulb. He texted, after cleaning and taking the check, that he did not do Lighting. Ozonator is not lighting. I wish he had told me earlier. (again feels like bait-n-switch) 3.) The house did not move, it's 9 miles from the office, towards the center of the service area. Why is it to far out of the route, if others are serviced in Morgan Hill? He did a GREAT job cleaning the spa. For that I give the 2 stars. I feel like there was something more as to why he won't do regular service. He gave 2 reasons, location and Bromine. I can switch to Chlorine, but can not move my house. If he knew the location from our first text, why take the job? (edited after response, I lowered it to one star. I'm sorry it was filthy/dirty. I told you it went a few months needing the filter, I sent pictures. You did not call or try to reach me with concerns. You cleaned the spa, ignored the clearray bulb, and took the check for the cleaning and service. Then told me you were not going to do the service. You should have asked for a check for the cleaning, rather than taking payment for something you had already decided not to do.)

They increased their rates year after year and charged us for new filters multiple times a year. I trusted them blindly. It wasn't until I missed an invoice for $125 that the drama began. I was unclear which filter was changed so we had some emails back and forth confirming. Long story short I got a berating email and decided to pay our final check and be done with service. I wasn't going to write a review because people have bad days and didn't want to put it on the entire business. But then we went to look at the pool.. this pool had not been serviced all winter, maybe even longer. The "filter" that they replaced and that I was berated for payment for was never replaced, there was a metal rod in the pool that had been there for months and the rust has now stained the bottom of the pool, the pool was filled with leaves, the basket was completely filled and the pool sweep was disconnected. They completely lied about servicing our pool, probably because they knew it was a rental. Absolutely dishonest and truly the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with (I should post the email I got from Heather, but I won't). After reading the other reviews this seems like the norm for them. Do not hire them.
