He also diagnosed and fixed a spa booster pump issue. Dave and Zach from Applause Pool have been servicing our pool since January and we are very pleased with them showing up every week to service our pool. They have been doing an excellent job and our pool always looks so nice and clean. Additionally, Dave is very patient and knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond in answering any questions we may have. He has also given us some great advice about the robot cleaner we decided to purchase and maintenance needs for our pool. I also appreciate his quick responses through text and he always responds if I decide to call him on the phone. He even painted my old plumbing so it would look integrated with the new plumbing. His quote was more than reasonable and very fair given the scope of work. He even came by 2 more times as I had issues with my pool automation and he made some final adjustments and now everything works perfectly. Now I can use my pool all year round!
