Called them when my pool was growing black algae. This is a pool that I was paying to have maintained weekly by another company. I fired my previous pool guy and they came out the same day and took care of my problem. Jose comes out every week and spends time cleaning my pool, filter, vacuuming, even rinses my pool cover off. Not to mention he tests my water and does all my chemicals. And he is very knowledgeable if you have questions. Other company would come out and be gone in less than 5 minutes if they even came at all. Remember, you get what you pay for! Highly recommend if you have a pool. read more

Excellent pool service! My pool was green and in desperate need of service. When I called Pulpito's pool service, Jose came out within a couple of hours to give an estimate and then started working on the pool right away! He returned the next day to follow up and brought a part for my pump that was broke and needed to be replaced. After two days, the pool was completely blue, beautiful, and ready for swimming! I will be sticking with them for all my pool services. Great customer service and reasonable price. Definitely recommend! read more

Beware of this pool service company! The first time they came to service my pool, I had just used my own test kit and the chems were perfect. They added waaaaayyyyy too much liquid chlorine. The chlorine test was off the scale and even worse, the PH was off the scale high also (because liquid chlorine raises the PH. I have a salt chlorinator so I never add liquid chlorine.) I asked Jose to come back and fix the PH. He would not send someone and made many excuses for wacking my pool chems. I will never use them again. read more

Called Jose and he showed up as promised. Had major issues with the last pool service company. I explained the issues to Jose and worked out a very good monthly service contract. My filter system, chemical balance and controls were all out of balance. Jose and his son took care of all the issues the same day. I have to give GREAT props to Pulpito"s, Jose and his son!!!
