I hired K&E Pool Services to care for my pool weekly, and to redo the decking around my pool. I was working with Ed Cotter .Such a nice man, I thought. My sparkling clear pool turned as green as the La. bayou. It stayed green for a few weeks. He convinced me it was the sand in the filter needing to be changed. I kept telling him it wasn't time but after having a green pool for weeks I let him change it. Money, Money,Money!! During all of this he is still working on my decking around the pool ( 6 mo.) He convinced me he would be finished with the decking in a week or so but needed the Money to get the material to finish it with. Stupid me gave it to him and paid for the sand and that was it. My decking has never looked worse. He never cared to finish the job that might be one fourth finished. There are places it looks even worse. Please people don't let his kind demeanor fool you. Maybe had I not been freshly widowed I would have been smarter but he sure took advantage of this widow lady. I have pictures if anyone wants to see for themselves. I live in Helena, AL.
