Owners do not have any business savvy and clearly are robbing Peter to pay Paul. On multiple occasions I was told they can't send a crew until we make a payment...construction draws were paid in advance! 18 months after pool delivery my coping popped up (Whiten can't explain why or how) but they sent a mason to repair who completely cracked my glass tiles. No apology, no offer to accept responsibility or make it right. As a matter of fact the owners wife said I was unpleasant and accused me of not buying chemicals from them. WTF? I went into the store because Whiten Pools had been a customer of mine (but no longer). I walked in and noticed an older lady yelling at a customer. My colleague and stood about 10-12 feet away chatting (in a normal tone) about some work I needed done to my pool and my interest in speaking with Whiten Pools to help. Once the lady was done yelling at the customer, we approached and were immediately told that we were talking too loud and "Goodbye." She was yelling at that lady when we entered the store. Well, I was interested in possibly getting a new liner for our pool and also seeing about converting to Salt. Unfortunately, we are not going to give our business to Whiten Pools because of the absolute disrespect the "older lady" showed. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Elite Pools and work with "good, nice" people..
