We will never go back. Walked in and the girl with purple hair didn't even smile or say hello - just looked at me and waited for me to say hello first. Then we asked for a table where we could see the Warriors game and she said "I think a booth would work. Can I get a name"? There were 2 open booths and waited over 5 minutes to be seated without an explanation. Then we only got forks, no knives, with our set ups. DO NOT order margaritas there. The mix was just plain NASTY and they didn't get my husband's drink order correct - they put salt on the rim and he ordered without salt. He then got coffee which he said was bad. My husband got the ribs. He said they were well cooked but there wasn't much meat on the full rack of ribs -- he estimated about 4 oz of meat on a $20+ plate of food. He complained he only got 4 pieces of roasted veggies in his side. I got the pork chop, which was seasoned well and had grill marks on half of the chop. The flavor was fine, but the chop was horribly over-cooked and dry, dry dry. My dogs loved it. Service was fair - definitely not good. We had a $75 meal that was about a 3 on a scale of 1-10. This location really is hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. A major one. I sat in the bar section and was "served" by the most unleashing server. Yelp does not allow negative call outs so I will withhold the name. Her face was so stiff she could have been a ventriloquist. No asking me how I was. I order and the appetizer arrives but I have no napkin. One of the first things in restaurant service is to make sure the guests has the dining essentials. I waited for ten minutes before going to the bartender. Did the bartender help? She was completely rude and told me to goto the hostess. At this point I started writing names down in plain view of the staff. At least here I can say that hostess Taylor made the effort to help me. She ended up being cut off my server. I did take a moment to thank her personally for her effort. The food came and was missing the sauce included in the meal. My server never came around to check on me. I asked for the check. At this point the second saving grace arrived. A server named Mariah who I have had twice before with great success recognized me and on her own personal time came to see how I was doing, even apologizing for my server. She did not need to do this but her drive is above the par of her peers. If I go back I'm only sitting in Mariahs area. No more risking an experience like tonight again! read more

came in there with my aunt tonight, victor helped us, put in our order around 940 and thats being genrous. waited almost a hour for our meal now mind you it wasent really that complicated 12 ounce ribeye with mash and fries then the sampler combo... so it came up to around 10:30 so i got to the point were i was tired anyways so we had him to put it to go. so waited about another 10 minutes well when i got the meal home cold mash luke warm steak luke warm and cooked well not medium rare i even specified a cook temp to cook it up too. even the meat does not look like ribeye it looks like sirloin so even the cut of meat is probally wrong... everything in the combo was cold as well. on top of that my aunt ordered ice tea they did not offer her sweetner at all. now mind you she goes back up to washington tommorow her flights in the morning. I wanted a little time with her some were nice this turned out to be hell. at least the potatoes are ok. well correction took two bites even the potatoes you guys dropped the ball on.. this was a very piss pore service and i would be soo so ashamed . our total bill was 51 dollars. and she at least left a 18 percent tip the waiter was not even worth that he disappeared I had to ask one of the roving lady's to get him. The steak we ordered was supposed to be rare, came back well done. My burger sucked, and the steak had the consistency of Salisbury steak. Weird. We sat there for an hour before we got our food, it looked gross, David's veggies didn't come out, neither did my onion rings at first, I asked for extra chipotle mayo and bleu cheese, got neither of those even though I asked several times. After receiving our food, we had to wait 5-10 minutes for silverware, I asked for water, never got it. We were there a total of two hours. The food was seriously awful. There were a bunch of teens dressed up like it was the club though. The drink prices were very reasonable. I assume that's why the kids were there. We tried stopping I don't know how many waitresses, waiters, and the manager. It was just not happening. And it was to the point where we'd been sitting for an hour and we just ate it anyways hoping to come across some service along the way. Let me start off by saying that the three of us showed up pretty late on a Tuesday evening and did not have high expectations. Personally, I have never been a fan of the chain and only end up at one, if all other options have been exhausted. This location is open late relative to some other restaurants in the area, which is what brought us here. There was no one to great us up front and after a while we decided that maybe we just need to grab a table on our own. There where few clean ones, so we ended up back at the front. Finally seated, the "barely" there service began. Actually at one point, I almost burst out laughing as the server passed a drink to my coworker behind her back, instead of walking around the corner and serving it properly. We are not kids, but professionally dressed adults over 40: that's just unacceptable on many levels! We headed over here because the Taqueria Maria #3 was out of meat and rice. I ordered the riblet basket. I didn't want the full riblet portion, so I liked being able to order a little less food. The ribs were pretty good. Not so tender that they fall off the bone good, but still very tasty. Most of the fries I ate were hot and crispy. But I did find one that needed to be put back in the fryer, I could tell when I bit into it. These ladies and dudes work their cute lil tushies off every goddamn day to bring you your Spacedust fancy beer and your freakin' chicken strips. Cleaning up after you people and your nasty children. My favorite server in the WORLD is Mackenzie. She is so bright and cheerful, she'll make your whole table laugh and make you feel right at home. She's definitely the friendliest of the staff, so if you're heading into Turlock's Bee, go in the evening and ask for Kenzie! PS TIP YOUR SERVERS. They don't get paid enough to do what they do. I ordered online and I will make sure never to do that again. My order was all wrong! Here is what I ordered and how it was delivered (I used doordash) *1 Caesar side salad, 1 regular side salad no tomatoes with honey mustard dressing. What I got was 2 side salads with honey mustard dressing, both with tomatoes (I am allergic) and their "croutons" were just the powder from the bottom of the crouton bag, no actual pieces. Lettuce was brown and slimy. Needless to say neither were eaten. *Bourbon street Chicken and Shrimp- no potatoes with onion rings instead. Now this was for my boyfriend and he stated this was ok but they did load it down with potatoes just gave us onion rings on the side. This was about the only positive thing they did. *I got a Classic Bacon Cheeseburger- again no tomatoes and well done. The burger came with tomatoes on it and VERY PINK- as far as I was concerned it was raw. I also could not eat the bread or the toppings as they had tomato residue on them. I basically spent 15 bucks on a hamburger patty I had to recook because I couldn't eat anything else that was touching it and it was raw. *Kids meal with chicken strips, an apple juice and fries. Chicken was fine but then again it was for a 2 year old so they don't complain about chick strips much. Fries were cold and soggy (but I ended up eating some because my ordered was all messed up) Needless to say I will not be ordering online for this establishment EVER again and more than likely not be dining in either. It makes me a little sad because I just moved to the valley and I frequented the Applebees in Fremont often before I moved. Sad excuse for a restaurant if you ask me. read more

Apple bees is very family Oriented, they are very involved with their local high school which gives a good touch to a home feeling. The customer service is very friendly and helpful and is always willing to do their best on making your experience great. Their food on the other hand is very tasteful, Oriental Salad is very juicy their chicken is crispy and the noddles are very seasoned with their famous ranch dressing. I would highly recommend to try this dish out, you can tell they put love in it. I must admit the bathrooms a little messy but do able. Then the host Chloe decide to say we lied to her that we were a bigger party. When she sat a party larger then us before us even tho the party came in 10 after us. Horrible service. Walked in with a few friends and we weren't greeted by anyone so we sat ourselves at the bar. The bartender didn't have a name tag(he had a tattoo on his arm and spiky hair, kinda dark bags under his eyes, not to be mean) but he was rude as hell!! He seemed Almost bothered that we were there. I got a margarita and as i poured the rest of the mix in my glass and was placing down the cup i accidentally tipped over the mixing cup and spilled ice behind the car so this rude bartender yelled across the bar, in front of everyone, and said "yup, you're cut off!" Don't waste your time or money at this applebees. The service is slow even and the food is very hit or miss. Went with family today and the chicken fajita wrap had 2 little crumbs of chicken. We reordered the wrap and it came out WORSE. With no chicken AT ALL. The rest of the food honestly came out ok. The shrimp stir fry was ordered and so was the salmon. So we sat down to wait.... and we waited.... and we waited. Pretty soon 30 minutes had gone by. We continued to wait, and then a group walked in. A group of three. They walked up to the host, hugged, and chatted for a few seconds. And then the unthinkable happened. They were walked over and seated down at a table right away. Names weren't taken down on the waitlist at all. The host walked them right over to a table. WITH NO WAIT TIME. I was in a party of 3 myself. And the fact that friends of employees can walk in and cut all other customers who had been patiently waiting was frustrating. We ordered some sodas when we first got here and upon tasting them, they tasted like carbonated water. we asked the waitress to bring us different drinks, thinking it was just that specific soda. She brought us another round and the different sodas we ordered still tasted the same. She asked her manager to come talk to us about it and all he could say was a week ago it was just treated and tested by Pepsi. He looked us in the face and said that they didn't taste like water. He didn't accommodate us for anything and then just walked away. So the waitress was a 10/10 but meeting the manager makes this establishment a 0/10. Would not recommend going here at all. The fish was very good except there was so much oil I could have gone swimming in it. Left a bad after taste. My waitress was very good, always there when I needed her.
