I haven't been to this location since before I moved away 8 years ago. I showed up a little after 9... The waitress that initially helped us order drinks was a little rude. At some point, she was off and we were helped by Ryan A. He was great! He checked on us, made sure we had refills, etc. My friend and I both ordered the Bourbon Chicken and Andouille Sausage pasta. I added Jalapeño and it was DELICIOUS! The bread stick was stale and not good, but the pasta definitely made up for it. I'll definitely be back to order that. Truly a wonderful experience! Our server Branson had the perfect balance one wants in a server- attentive but not pushy, quick but not rushed, knowledgeable but not overbearing. And the bartender Julie makes the Perfect Skinny Marvarita! ( ask for a salt, sugar, tajin mix on the rim!) Now on the food.. Bourbon Street Chicken and Andouille Sausage Penne was delightful! The sauce on top brought it all together. The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was served over grilled onions and mushrooms with a side of seasoned mashed potatoes. Heaven! We got a booth and were waited right away by Monique the waitress. Monique did a great job. We also ordered the appetizer combo. The restaurant facilities were clean interior and exterior. Parking spots available on both sides of Applebees. They have special prices for happy hour and late night hours meals. Yes they are family friendly, date night, whatever occasion you choose. My son's kids meal was not even lukewarm and my steak was cooked wrong twice, I wanted medium rare and they cooked it Well done both times. I just ate it eventually because everyone else was almost done eating and they took my plate to re make it twice. They told me afterward they couldn't cook it medium or rare because of the shape of the steak, (thick in the center football shape) so that's why it wasn't right. Why even ask me how I like it if it's not possible? lol Won't be coming back to Applebees unless someone invites me or something. Son and I visited to try their all you can eat boneless wings. He actually got a double cheeseburger while I got the wings. We sat in the bar area and got great service from the bartender. Son enjoyed his plate and my various wing orders I tried were all pretty good. Yesterday afternoon for Memorial Day I went with my family and we waited 15mins for us to be seated after the fact we had booked a reservation, after we were seated the waitress that had to work our table took 20mins to ask us if we wanted anything such as a drink. She was being rude from the start when she sat us down. My brother had politely ask the waitress what was the most recommend drinks that people usually likes getting here and she automatically replied to him saying "I don't drink so how am I suppose to know, ask someone else". My mother was asking about the "all you can eat meal" and the waitress rudely right away told her "that you be charged an extra all you can eat meal if you share your food with anyone from your family members at this table". Don't know what was bugging her to be like that during her shift but we felt harassed because she was just attacking us with her attitude. I didn't catch her name on her name tag but she was a lady with glasses. We told her we wanted someone else to help us out instead of her because how she was being toward us for no reason. She rudely stated she was going to have the bartender serve us if we wanted to. Caesar salad was fresh and crispy, with shaved parm and delicious dressing. Mom's salmon was prepared just the way she liked it(not too much Cajun spice). Ribs were tender and fell off the bone. I enjoy Applebee's for the most part however when I saw some serious kitchen foul ups I have a different take. First off Sunday at noon wasn't the best choice, that said we were seated next to the kitchen, I hade a view of all chaos between waitresses and cooks. It wasn't pretty, We too were caught up in that disaster. I saw many plates sitting at least 20 minutes under lights. I knew we were in for a wait with our wings and burger. The miscommunication between the waitresses and kitchen continued as boneless wings were dropped off instead of REAL wings. Boneless..? Really, it's compressed chicken parts, insult to injury, my burger was cold..so another 20 minuets later the wings were delivered. It was a disaster between staff. Went here the other day and had a great time! The restaurant was pretty quiet and empty at the time we attended. Our server was very nice and we were seated and served quickly. We started with the pretzel sticks, which I absolutely recommend. They were warm and soft, served with cheese and honey mustard. Everything about those were amazing. I then had a small house salad with ranch dressing. I prefer my ranch on the creamier side, and this ranch was great. The lettuce was also nice and crunchy, not soggy or brown. Next I had a half rack of ribs and a side of mash potatoes. The ribs were awesome. I enjoyed the first few slowly then essentially mowed my rest through the rest of them. The meat was really good, not too dry at all and lots of sauce, which I prefer. I wouldn't recommend the mash potatoes. They had potato skins in them, which I don't love. The texture was fine, but they had what i can only describe as a funky flavor. I ended mixing them with the rest of my ranch, but I didn't finish them. One of the other members of my party ordered a burger, which she said was a bit on the oily side. The other member ordered the mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken. He liked it, but said they didn't really pair well together. Overall, I will be happily eating here again, but maybe choose something besides the mash potatoes. read more

My son chose Applebee's tonight for his birthday dinner. Victor was our server and he did a good job, even with them being understaffed. We started out with the triple dip chips appetizer. They were good, but the cheese seemed to have been sitting out for a while as it was not warm whatsoever. The salsa was so so but they guacamole was very good. I had the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp and I really enjoyed it! The chicken was moist, the shrimp were cooked great and the onions and mushrooms were great! The garlic mashed potatoes were good too! My wife had the broccoli chicken alfredo and she enjoyed it. We shared a drink called the Shark Bowl. It was good, but super, super sweet. We couldn't even taste the alcohol in it. That annoys me. Don't give me a watered down sugar drink with just a splash of alcohol in it. I don't need to get snockered with my drink, but I at least want to taste some alcohol in it if I purchase an adult beverage. It appears they may have done away with their happy hour for now. I could be wrong, but we were charged full prices for things I thought were happy hour specials.
