I have been nothing but happy with AT&T until today. I had a simple question about my bill and the young latino woman who "helped" me was so incredibly rude. Her whole style of customer service was awful and she wouldn't even let me look at the bill on her iPad. She refused to explained or elaborate on what the charge on my bill was actually for even though she could see I was confused and repeatedly asked questions. I still have no idea what I'm really being charged for on my account and am very disappointed at how I was treated. She treated me like I was stupid and shut down my questions and flat out contradicted me when I said I hadn't been charged for this in the past. She had absolutely zero concern for my confusion or my questions. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, it's frustrating to be treated with so little respect when I have simple questions. Definitely never going to this store again.
