    Made an appointment online to get my AirPods diagnosed, it was super easy and they send you reminders. They were welcoming and helped me right away. After testing my AirPods, they concluded my case had died and needed to replace it, so I bought a new replacement. I liked that I've been here twice now and they have been able to fix my issue. Their staff are super friendly and helpful. Note: to access this store you have to park either on the street or in the car garages, the streets are always busy so I'd rather park in the garage, walk upstairs(or elevator) to the street level and walk out towards the main entrance, then take a left and walk about 2 minutes. You'll reach Apple!

    Plenty of staff to help but wasn't helped after I was told I would be..

    Super rude I was asked if I needed help and just pointed to a section of the store and was never actually helped. I was literally told to just stand by the case section awkwardly

    Caleb was very polite but did not solve my issues because his tests said that my phone should run fine. His solution was for me to sell my 12Pro Max to a private party and buy a new phone. How extremely helpful. I am so glad I pay for AppleCare and the iPhone upgrade program through Apple. My phone has been having severe software issues where my screen will completely freeze when I use Siri or use too many applications. This takes anywhere from 10 seconds to 20 minutes to unfreeze so that I can use my phone. I can however take screenshots on my frozen phone. My phone also keeps stating "no SIM Card Installed." When I went in to Apple 10 days ago, they stated that this was an issue with Verizon so I went and got a new SIM card. With the brand new SIM card, I have had the same reoccurring issue and will lose cellular service for anywhere from 5 minutes to 8 hours. Occasionally, when I remove the SIM and reinsert it, my phone will resolve the issue. I have 5-10 screenshots over the last week alone with each of these issues. Caleb stated that because his tests said that my phone is fine, there is only one way to prove that this is a reoccurring issue. When the issue happens next, I have to drop whatever I am doing at work, and immediately drive to the Apple Store in town so that they can see the issue for themselves and swap my phone for a new one. Really not impressed with Apple. I trade in for the new phone every year with the upgrade program and was told by Caleb that "if you want to fix this issue which we cannot prove, I guess you will just have to sell your phone and buy a new one, or just deal with it until the next iPhone comes out" Really phenomenal customer service. This was my third visit in to try and fix my phone as well.

    Bad service again. Call customer service or go to Strong Solutions. Unless it's under Apple care and your time is free, AVOID!!

    Was sold a defective standing desk; told to call product support to obtain the correct parts…read more Spent 40 minutes on the phone, parts no longer made, and my credit card payment couldn't be refunded because someone had "deleted the transaction" out of the system. Returned the desk to the store, was told since the order had been cancelled a refund had probably already occurred and to check my statement. I drove home and did so--no refund. I took photos of the statement and returned to the store; clerk wanted a printed statement. She called the manager, who said to do a refund "without receipt," so the money finally went back on my card. The manager said, in a couple of weeks, if a second refund appeared on the card, to "let us know. You know, be that person," implying that I might be dishonest. Given all that had happened, I found that attitude offensive--I fully intended to notify them if a refund appeared. In short, this store sells defective products, expects the customer to do all the legwork to set the situation right, and is rude in addition. I won't shop here again and suggest others don't either.

There's a huge parking lot and the store is pretty easy on/off from the freeway. If you don't want to spend any time in the store, you can always order online and then just zip into the pick spot to grab the item. Not quite curbside pick-up, but almost! And, they usually have in-stock items pulled within the hour. Definitely my go-to place for any large order copying too. Jae is super helpful and efficient!
