Just got my iPhone fixed thanks to apples amazing customer service. The sprint guy transferred me to apple and then when went to them that said they can't fix my problem. This was a sprint issue and not an apple issue, but apple fixed and sprint didn't know how to. I suggest seeing Apple for iPhone issues. read more

Ask for Aaron-he's fantastic. I took my son's IPHONE in because the charging port wasn't working. Thought that we would have to have serviced however Aaron found out the problem right away and fixed it - saving me a $175 charge that my carrier wanted to charge me. Needless to say I was super impressed with the service. My husband took my iPad mini in last Monday because I couldn't get it to charge, needed to be cleaned out where charger fits in. When he arrived they said they were closing early because of all the smoke, to come back tomorrow. Back the next day, they cleaned it out said it didn't work and we could buy another for 200.00! He brought it home. Yesterday I tried to charge it and it worked, is keeping the charge. Very disappointed in the service, if ever we need to go to an Apple store will go to Seattle,which is the same distance from where we live...2 1/2 hours. read more

I've always thought really highly of Apple products and service. So our family owns all iPhones, multiple iPads, MacBooks from first gen and so on.. I've purchased my MacBook Air last October 2015. While I was in another country with no Apple Store... my MacBook broke down. I called for support and they extended my warranty and was more than accommodating. Senior advisor named Nicholas was more than accommodating, very helpful, understanding and friendly. I really appreciated his help. After a long back and forth with Apple though.... it was concluded that I needed to bring in my computer to the store to get it checked out and repaired because water sensor went off and computer was corroded. (Apple sent me to a Apple certified repair store near our house to get it diagnosed because nearest Apple Store was 2.5 hour drive from where I lived). Despite the fact that Ive NEVER had my computer water damaged.. and I can assure that cause I took care of it like a baby and never left it unattended where it would be exposed to damage by others. Always transported in a back pack when leaving school. And never near water.. let's just say.. I knew for sure that my computer was never harmed by any spill of some sort. Well long story short drove 2.5 hours to Spokane from Kennewick... and wanted everything to be resolved there and then. Chris, the Apple genius said there was water damage. The sensor went off and I was responsible for it. I told him that I've never had any spills... and also I found online that logic board and Apple defect could cause the water sensor to go off. Some people had problems from the heat and etc. I was inquiring because if it was an actual water damage, wouldn't they be able to see that clearly when the machine is open? When my computer was diagnosed prior to the visit, they said it was a very small minor damage. Anyways I was really frustrated and was asking and confirming my options with him. I'm not expecting them to just believe my words saying I never spilled.. maybe others come in and lie about things like that. But when I was telling him about other people's experiences with the machine, without hesitation.. he asked me where I read that.. and if it was on a forum. And made it clear that whatever posted is not reliable... ok fine. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. But his attitude wasn't someone who wanted to go beyond for a customer who was frustrated and angry for all the run arounds and 2.5 hour drive on a relatively new computer. He looked like he did not have any time for me. Despite the fact that my parents and I drove 2.5 hours to go to the Apple Store and was given 650$ bill for repair on a 1000$ computer.. he didn't seem to empathize our situation... rather was very short and rude. he said that its under accidental damage.. and if I wake up one morning with a broken wind shield on my car, that's accidental damage and thats still my responsibility. That was his way of explaining accidental damage repair fee of $650 to me. I was just astounded. He kept looking at his watch like he had to be somewhere and clearly letting us know that he was done with us and we were just wasting his time. That was the rudest service I've ever experienced in my entire Apple experience. He was very short with us and could tell he didn't want me to ask further questions or argue my case. So I said fine and left my computer for repair and left. I got a call from jake that my computer is ready for pick up. And he said that the repair would be covered. It's a two different story. Chris told me that there was no way around and I was responsible for the fee and printed me out a bill and was quick to run away from us.. but when jake called .. he said they made a one time exception... I'm going to pick up my computer tomorrow... Hopefully I don't need to pay 650 $ when I pick my computer up. Jake seemed more friendlier than Chris... and was easier to talk to. I won't lie.. someone who calls you to bring good news is of course someone who's gonna seem nicer to you. I had an iPod Touch 4 g that I just bought from Walmart at the end of December or so and all of a sudden it stopped responding to every type of usb wall/outlet charger I tried it with. It would charge fine if I used the computer. So, I took it down to the Apple store in River Park Square and they helped me out right away. I saw two guys; one tested both the chargers I brought with me on my iPod plus one of their own to no avail. The charging just wasn't happening. Then he made me a "Genius Bar" appointment (their tech support) for an hour later. So, my boyfriend and I wandered around downtown taking in the sights of our humble city as we waited. The time for my appointment rolled around and we headed back to the Apple store. The door was opened for us, (they really do make their customers feel like royalty!), and ushered over to the Genius Bar where my Genius poked and prodded my iPod Touch. After about five minutes or less he told me that since I was a new customer my one year warranty was still in effect. So, I ended up leaving the Apple store with a brand new iPod Touch and they took the faulty one off my hands. I had everything saved on iCloud so I just restored the new iPod back up with everything I had on the old one. And the new one works with all the things it's suppose to work with! The reason it's important that my devices charge with a wall charger is that I take care of my grandmother in Oregon on a bi-monthly basics and I use my iPod Touch to keep in touch with my boyfriend back in Washington without raising my grandmother's phone bill and she doesn't have any way for me to keep the battery charged on my iPod other than through a wall socket. Anyway, I give as many stars as possible to the folks at the Apple Retail Center in downtown Spokane, Wa; they were friendly, polite, professional and efficient! When a simple phone call creates aggravation for the customer, you have problems. I know I called half an hour before close, however, my question was highly imperative to me. The cheek of the lass that answered the phone to lecture me about how I needed my other iPhone for her to tell me any information was complete rubbish. All I needed to know was could I unlock my disabled phone. I explained multiple times that someone tried to get into it by guessing my passcode. She ignored me until the "thick" wore off. By that time, I was upset. I didn't need to be lectured how the process works with setting an appointment. I didn't care to find out how to unlock my phone for other carriers. All I wanted to know what how do I bypass my password lock timer that saying I can't try to open it for the next year! The cheek of anyone to answer the phone with such an attitude is repulsive. My Marine son bought me a set of Power beets for my birthday. The left speaker was not working. I called the Apple Store in Spokane Wa. and spoke with Jay a senior advisor. He walked me through the troubleshooting process as if he was here. He was so helpful! He took the time to explain the entire process for returning them to when I would be receiving them back. People seem to either love this store or hate it. I like the products and the people are friendly but Apple's service is awful. I've been struggling hours to get a simple thing fixed. When you go to the store you have to make a reservation just to get help. If a product is defective, you should be able to walk in and get helped. Instead I was shunted away from the Genius Bar to a salesperson. They are quite friendly, at least, but not helpful at all. They're in a hurry to get rid of you, so they quickly pull up websites that are supposed to have articles that can solve your problems. What I need is someone to go into my account and actually fix my problem or tell me what I'm doing wrong. Probably it's something I did wrong myself, but how do I know that until someone looks at it? read more

My Iphone 7 has a battery issue, Apple store has made this process so difficult, I went down there to be told I had wait 2 hours and 45 min just to set a appointment? I didn't have time to wait so I left and called. I was on hole for 28 min with no answer. Horrible experience with the manager on Monday 3/24/2014. She was extremely honorary and rude. Although she acknowledged the issue I was experiencing with my iPhone 5, she told me that if it were "her in my shoes" she would not expect to be "given" a replacement phone. The reality is, that a replacement is the only resolution as the problem cannot technically be fixed. The issue I am experiencing is a well known one by Apple, a fact that she agreed with and stated herself, and though I am out of my 1 year warranty she as the manager has the ability to replace it with a refurbished phone but refused to "help" me in any way. It was either $269 for a refurb or up-sell me on a new phone because I am eligible for an upgrade. As soon as she said, "since you are eligible for an upgrade maybe I can 'sway' you that way", I walked out. Let's see, $269 for a refurb or $299 for a brand new 5S (new phone, newer model, $30 price difference)??? That makes sense... read more

this store is full of usually kind folk... but once i get a genius bar appointment, just in the last 6 months? i've noticed some rudeness, and.. it's loud inside, but the main irritant? if you are disabled, and cannot balance on those stools? if you have to wait? it's impossible.'i cannot believe not one real chair, appears in the entire store!! if i want to re-check genious appointment? i have to go through online pages and pages----- apple trying to "sell" me a new macbook. i'm just trying to get my in excellent condition macbook, "tuned up." don't reps realize i get their name, i will think of them, when it comes time to upgrade? i guess apple doesn't care, unless you're buying something new, every week! just let people make a genius bar reservation.period. the 1-800 "help desk," is useless. i got to my apple store, and 1-800 had not!! made a reservation, thus, rudeness on the part of genious bar folk.. they were "good enough" to "get me in," 45 minutes after appointment time! chairs needed for the disabled-at least 3-4 " on request". it's 2017!!!! let people make online reservations--without pages of "buy this!" ick. i may not buy mynext computer at apple store. read more

I have to give a special shout out to the Spokane Apple store. Last summer my laptop was stolen about a month before I was due to defend my Masters thesis. This laptop had all of my research on it. In a panic, I rushed to Spokane with my latest back-up drive. The entire crew there set me up quickly with a new laptop and did not stop working until they were sure my files had been restored to my new computer. This could have been a monumental headache, but the helpfulness of the employees here ensured it did not. Degree in hand, I have to say you guys are awesome. One employee in particular was great, unfortunately I do not recall his name, he had tattooed sleeves, piercings and was on the thin side. Thanks a lot! read more

Nothing bad to say about this Apple Store!! The sales people are friendly, knowledgable and always eager to assist! Make your appointment at the Genius Bar and you will almost always be seen right on time or early, assuming you get there when they ask you to. While there is usually a crowd, they aren't *always* busy, as proved yesterday when I walked in about 4:45 PM (Wednesday) to pick up my online order and they were as dead as I've ever seen an Apple Store! haha! I waited all of 2 mins for someone to run back and pull my online order for me. Quick and painless, just as buying new toys should be! :) read more

Had an appointment scheduled, about 30 minutes after the appointment time I checked in with one of the 30 employees working. They seemed to have lost my reservation. They they moved me to the top of the list they said with a lady who was helping someone already, I only had to wait another 15 min for her to Finnish. They finally got me taken care of it only took a total of two hours. read more

Worst customer service ever! This is my first ever yelp review and I actually only signed up for the app so I could review my experience. I went to the store and waited 15 minutes before someone actually engaged me (and several people were standing around and I was looking at them indicating I needed help). Not a big deal but not a good sign...When someone finally broke away from their personal conversation with their coworker, I asked if the they had a specific product...they did and I told them I wanted to buy it but I also wanted to trade in my old product per Apple's policy...easy sell. However, they said I had to wait until their "product expert" was available and it would be about 15 minutes. 50 minutes later, I left the store without buying the product. Not once during my wait did anyone ask me if I needed help or update me on talking to the "product expert". And they literally had 3 people milling around talking to no customers and had several others talking in groups to a single customer. I have never had this bad of an experience in any other retail setting. I was truly shocked. I will never again give them my business and will go to Target or Verizon instead. The real disappointing aspect to this is that I bought computers from them 5 and 7 years ago...and received excellent customer service then. What happened? read more

The worst store I have ever been in. Employees are RUDE. I had appointment to get my computer looked at, 2 hours later I'm still waiting, they care more about selling than helping customers. They have so many employees just walking around doing nothing and they will never make eye contact with you because you might ask for help. So I left my computer so they could replace the power supply. They had told me when I come back to pick it up there would not be a wait. Well guess what there was a wait and it was not that busy. After 30 minutes I have when there were going to get my computer I was told it takes time because it was behind a locked cage well the girl that finally brought it out was on the floor bull shiting she brought me my computer she said that will be $106, I told her I was not maying for anything until I know my computer works she said she needed to get someone to come over and hook it up because that was not her job, so some very rude guy came over hooked it up and turned it on I asked him if they looked at it to see why it was running slow he said he did not know it was not his job I need to get appointment to talk with a technician I asked to see the manager I told her this was the worst store I had ever been in and would never be back so if you are going to the Spokane store think twice read more

I have owned several Apple products over 20 years and I now use iPad, MacBook and 3 iPods. My only purchase from the Apple Store in Spokane was not a good experience at all. I bought an iPod and it was as slow as molasses so I took it back to the Apple store. They replaced it with a 'replacement' that is slower than the one I originally bought. My other Apple products were from Seattle Store, BestBuy, Costco and Apple Store online and I don't have an issue of any kind with any of them. This store sold me a product that was defective and they replaced it with another defective one. I will not shop at this store again and am rethinking what tech products to buy from now on. Three times now they have been horrible. I had an appointment the first time and sat there way beyond my time. They ran around and joked and talked but did little to accomplish anything. Then they told me I would need to send it in because they couldn't help me anyway with my watch. They told me to call and send it in. So I called and they said to go to my local store as they could resolve it so I did again. After forcing me to get angry with them they figured out that they could do it at the store. Today...went in again, this time without an appointment but they scheduled one for me for 2 hours later...which ended up being almost 3 hours....I asked when my turn was and the girl then looked at my computer and proceeded to tell me that they couldn't help me with my computer as it was too old and that they don't have the battery's for it anymore. I had a 2:45 PM appointment to try on the new Apple Watch it was a quick and painless process to try them on seeing they cost so damn much.The employee had a lot of knowledge about the product and wasn't trying to just bullshit me and for some reason to buy it. I realized there had to be an Apple store in Spokane. It was our lucky day. Everyone at the Apple Store who we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. Diego was nice but did not know what he was doing. He selected ship instead of in store pick up and when I pointed it out to him, he assured me it was suppose to say ship. My boyfriend and I spent a whole day waiting for the confirmation to come through to be able to pick them up in store, only to call two days later, and sure enough they were shipped. Diego even took our phone number to text us when the order was ready. We never heard from him. He did not have the guts to admit he screwed up, and instead of contacting us, left the issue unresolved. All he had to do was admit his mistake, which i has noticed from the beginning, so that it could be corrected. Horrible customer service. read more

Was deliberately ignored by an apple employee, and watched 5-7 apple employees stand around while I waited to be helped. Then had to wait 45 minutes for my phone to be fixed. read more
