Great place, friendly staff. Love to come on a Sunday afternoon for a Pedicure! Very clean shop.

First time here and I absolutely LOVE this place amazing customer service and great people. So happy I decided to go there with my mom. Will continue to go here from now on. read more

Apple Nails is one of the best nail salons I have been to. I didn't have to wait long and the person who did my nails was very meticulous. You could tell she was striving for perfection. I get acrylic with gel, so my nails require a little more detailed attention. I also received a gel pedicure. Since I have trouble with high arches, I rarely get my feet massaged. I usually feel more pain than pleasure, but the person who did my pedicure also rubbed my feet because she was aware of the high arches and only massaged the top part of my feet. It was wonderful! read more

I went here 2 times and unhappy both times. The white tip nails I got lifted in 1 week the service was bad. I wouldn't recommended anyone going here. The price is very bad for the work done read more

I have tried many nail salons and APPLE tops them all! I always request Kim for my acrylics and eyebrow waxing ... She is so sweet and I love the results!! The place is clean and the entire staff is courteous. The best part is that my nails last and last - thanks, Kim. :-) read more

This place is the best nail salon in OC. I have been going here for years. I drive here all the way from Placentia because no salon can beat them. This salon is very clean and it's always relaxing. June and Heidi do the best pedicure and of course Kim!! She is the best!! read more

I have never written a review before, but this is the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done, and felt the need to write a review. The pedicure was not bad, but the the gel manicures are way over priced. The lady I had cut my nails after I said I just wanted file, and then cut the side of my finger. Customer service is horrible, and so are the prices. They do have a good selection of colors, and lots of staff, so you don't have to wait. Other than that I will never return here. read more

Heidi is the best at pedicures. She really takes her time and give an awesome massage. My polish lasts for weeks. She doesn't rush which is what I like. Kim is amazing at nails. I've been going to her for years. She also takes her time and makes sure polish looks perfect as well as the shape ! KIM AND HEIDI! U go girls !! read more

This place is disgusting. They stuff too many chairs in a tiny space. Service is very messy and downright sloppy. No regard for service. Paint on my manicure was goopy, uneven, full of bubbles. Workers walking around eating ice cream cones. Will never back here and you should save your money. read more

Everytime I am in Orange County and need my nails done, this is the salon I go to. The staff is incredible! They are very friendly and welcoming. I have two small children under the age of two that I sometimes have to bring with me. They all are so helpful when it comes to my children.. I love the staff there and wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I went here for the first time on Friday for a post birthday splurge. Got underarm and lower leg waxing plus a mani pedi. Lily did the waxing and manicure. Jun did the pedicure. It was the first time I've ever had waxing and I was concerned about the pain. It was about the same as having a bandaid removed. Lily was really gentle. I'd recommend her to anyone. read more

Love these ladies!!! I recommend everyone Kim. She is amazing!!! Helen is a sweetheart!!!

They do a good job and I met some really nice people Nicki you are awesome and do a great job unfortunately my one star is becaue they do not honor appointments. Ken I have commitments as well l run a buisness and I look forward to having my touch up but I take appointment time seriously. I will never come back, I am loyal and really got sick of the I'm sorry I'm sorry you need to honor appointments of your customers loyal ones. After looking at the reviews im shocked you would continuously do this after the reviews. If this was my buisness I would seriously make changes. read more

I've only been to this place a handful of times over the past two years they've been open and they've always been great. Helen, the owner, always greets me by name when I come in. What I really like here is the huge selection of OPI colors that they have here. I wish I had more expendable cash to spoil myself here more often. read more

Worst experience of my life. Had a pedicure she cut my toe nails and made both of my big toes bleed then she reached into the trash and filed them with a dirty already used file and did not use any clean tools. This place should be shut down so gross. Do not go here!!! read more

Found someone who can do CND's Shellac... but they do not do it in french. They did a good job though with using IBD's version... but it was not what we had wanted.... they kept saying 'yes we can' and 'this is the same', but didn't get exactly what we wanted... but all in all the nails do look very nice. read more

I had been going to apple nails nearly 4 yrs and I always love the service I get from everyone especially kim! The staff are friendly, and always providing great service! Thank you apple nails! read more

I go here every two weeks for fills and pedis with Helen and Heidi. They're both super sweet and always make sure I'm happy with my nails and toes before I leave. Great prices, clean salon and friendly service. What more could you ask for? I've never tried their waxing service but I see a lot of people coming in for it so it must be good too! read more

Came to apple nails based on yelp reviews- needed a quick pedi on my lunch break. Was able to get a spa chair right when I walked in. The ladies working there were really helpful and nice... did a great job with my pedicure, but it didnt last as long as my typical spot makes them last. The one BEST bonus, however, were their spa chairs- THE BEST I've sat in so far!!! read more

They are so nice, I was in a rush and they made sure to take care of me in timely manner :)

Ok So I'm a big fan of yelp and thought I would try this place out. It was very nice inside and the staff was sweet. I came in for a full set with gel and a reg pedi. I walked out paying $55 for both, which wasn't bad i guess becasue I figured the gel would be worth it. I was wrong, with in 4 days of my new set the first gel color, pealed. I went in and they replaced it , free of charge. The day after another, and today one week after my new set yet another!! Seriously? I thought gel was supposed to be more durable? I'm really bumed and almost ready to go in and have them just take them off all together! So disapointed, needless to say I won't be going back.. read more

I went to get my nails done today, and had the lady named Kathy, she was super rude. She spent her time that she was doing my nails barely focused on my nails because she kept talking to another older lady that worked there who sat right next to me and kept looking what i was doing on my phone with the hand Kathy wasn't working on. Kathy then asked my a question and i asked her to repeat it because i couldn't understand what she was saying, she then looked over at the lady very annoyed looking and then looked back at me and started talking to her again. She gave me several dirty glances as well. Over all she was unprofessional, unfocused and rude. Not only that but she wayyyy over charged me. $50 for acrylic red gel nails with a few white dots? freaking bogus. read more

Needed to go somewhere close to work. Don't like to soak my nails in solution, rather the tin foil process gets the nail polish off. Nail tech filed off the nail polish 4 times. My nails were hurting after she got done. Paint job is lousy. Bubble in one nail. Would have complained, but on lunch hour. This should have been a 45min job that took 1.5hrs because nail tech wasn't skilled. $30 for a gel manicure is too much $$$. read more

I've gone here couple times and don't think I will go back. I do like the eyebrow wax, the lady did a great job. The waxing rooms are VERY clean which is good. I tried french mani and pedi for the first time here since its close to my house and reasonably priced not like Happy Nails. They did a bad job with the white tips. They dont get all the way to the side of your nails. The reason for this is that they were just chatting with each other - the whole time!! there's like 6 other ladies that didn't have customers so they were all just eating and chating. Its pretty distracting for those that are working on customers. After they finished white tips. The coat they use is not good at all. Started chipping off the next day! The lady I got even coated more than my nails so i got some on my fingers so it was a sloppy job. Then again you pay for what you get. read more

Always great service when I walk-in to this establishment. Every one that has done my Mani/pedi has been thorough and courteous

Personally I give this place a 4 stars but my friend had a 2 star experience. (Honestly depends on who helps you.) Make an appointment first off. Luckily I did for my friend and I, we were helped right away compared to all the walk ins. Service wise, the women are nice and friendly. My friend and I both got manicures. Ann did a great job on my acrylics and gel. Super cute, but since Ann also had to work the cashier and the customers coming in, it took longer than it should have. I'm pretty understanding about that but Apple Nails lost 2 stars for me because my friend had an opposite experience. She didn't even catch her lady's name but she wasn't given the design or color she really wanted. My friend asked for a white design on her pink nails but the lady said "No, just keep it simple." UHHH.. Not really cool. My friend was too timid to speak up against that comment but I believe that you should be aware with what the customer wants exactly and not deny what they want. Over all it was a nice place. read more

Apple Nails - Nails by Ann! Acrylics and gel $40. They came out very cute! - Nail Salons Near Me - Cypress, California

I got in on Saturday morning with no wait, they did a great job and the price wasn't bad at all. I would definitely go back to Apple nails.

Pretty gel colors, but OPI and Shellac gel chipped after a week, and they charge 30$ for it, which is a bummer. My manicurist didn't do so well painting my nails. There were some parts of my nails that are not painted (hopefully that made sense). Will I come back here? No. They are okay, but pricey! read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place was horrible. Went in for a mani pedi and they completely shaved down my nails to the core after I told them I wanted to keep my nails round and keep my length. I have been there plenty of times and they always mess up my nails. To say the least I will NEVER be back. Horrible customer service as well. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been coming here since it opened and I have never had a bad experience. I have always had a "regular" girl I went to that I liked at other salons because I didn't trust or like the others. Here at Apple I have had countless people work on my nails, toes, massage, waxing etc. After a few years I did start going to the same girls more regularly but with my hectic schedule (most of the time I call the day I can get my nails done and they are always so accommodating). Sometimes my ladies aren't working and I'm fine with having someone else. They are all so nice, friendly and talented. I love Lynn for my nails, waxing and facials. Heide for my pedicures. Kim is also great with nails & toes. But there's just so many great ladies here. Jenny, June, Mindy, Ann, Vi....the list goes on....Helen, the owner has always been very involved, works so much. It's so nice to watch as so many regulars come in and Helen remembers not just them, their nails and what/who they like, but the stories that her client's share. I love it!! I recommend this place to everyone, even coworkers in south OC!! read more

I've been coming here for years. I usually get May or Vu for my waxing and/or pedicure. This place is so relaxing. Love getting my pedicure's here. Recommend this place. read more

Very clean, very nice place! I hardly ever have to wait and the chairs are super comfy.

Been coming here since shortly after they opened. The consistency is not here anymore. I timed the massage and it was 3 min shorter than was supposed to be, which seems a little extreme to set a timer-yes I know, but again I was testing to see. They were not busy, so sadly there was no reason for short massage nor the rush of the pedicure. It's just not worth the money to get a sub par experience. read more

I've only been here twice because I followed Lynne here from Artistic Nails. It's worth the tinny bit of an extra drive. Lynne has been doing my pedicures for years and she's awesome! Not very happy with the service lately as well as the work on my nails. This last time a was past to three different girls. On started then moved to another person , another took over and then went to another person, by the time the last girl worked on them they were awful poorly filed and she kept messing up on the color.. For me its my last trip there. Quality not worth the price they charge. read more

I have been going here for years. They are super nice, do a great job & I have never had a bad experience!!!! Would definately recommend to friends! read more

Very firs time and it's already bad. First, they make you sign a liability paper stating that if something happens to you they are not responsible AND you still need to pay for the services. Thought of it weird but still signed it. The lady started doing my upper lip wax and she rushed thru it, was even a little rough, not careful at att. Very unsatisfied with the service. Never going back! read more

I highly recommend making a appointment with KIM when coming here! She never disappoints and always does a fantastic job on my acrylics and pedicures. I have been coming to her for a few years now. She is very dedicated to her work and it definitely shows on both my finger nails and toes. I am constantly getting compliments from people read more
