    Kids burger
    Marisela E.

First off, the moment I walked in I noticed it was spacious and clean. I'm taking about the floors, tables, benches etc. I didn't use their restroom so I can't say much about it. They do have kids menu options which was good for us, we have a toddler. He loved the meat and fries. My husband and I ordered the cheeseburger and the bacon cheeseburger combos. They came with a generous amount of fries and a drink which could be refilled as many times as you'd like. The burger review: Cheeseburger - My burger was thin and fully cooked (which I liked). It came with their house special sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions. The only regret is not having ordered more onions on my burger. I also feel like their double cheeseburger would've been the choice to order since the meat was thin - not a bad thing, but I could've taken down a double for sure. Bacon cheeseburger - (in my husband's words) burger was cooked just right. The special sauce is great. To me the fries were a little dry, but it's really about the burger. The burger is bomb. Fries come and go, but a good burger is hard to come by. The service was great. They have a nice and friendly staff. Giving it a 4 start only because the fries were a bit off, I'm sure they could be a bit better to make this meal a 5/5. There was another young family coming in with a baby as we were leaving. It's good to see families coming here. We'd definitely come back for more!!

Club sandwich with a whole bunch of nasty mayo. DISGUSTING!!! Save your money and go to Carls Jr.

$16 Club sandwich combo down the drain. My soda had no fizz tasted like sweet water. My club sandwich was so disgusting , way too much mayo. I had to dab with a napkin on both sides of my sandwich cause i was basically biting into alot of mayo. Had to throw out the rest of the sandwich tasted disgusting , couldn't even taste the bacon or deli meat CAUSE THERE WAS WAY TO MUCH MAYO!!! Their drive thru communication sucks, had to repeat my order like 5 times to 3 different people. Who is in charge in the morning or who is the manager ? cause i would love to get a refund. Bad service , sweet, watery soda with no fizz and mayo sandwich. Never coming back here again.

I love Apollo's! Everything is always yummy! It's definitely older spot so be mindful. The numbers and prices are worn off.. the service is usually ok, the ambiance is fast pace and a little "mom and popish" but all in all I love it

Best homemade chili cheese fries ever!!!

This place is the best hamburger stand in the city of Carson. Yes that's what I said the best hamburger stand in the city of Carson. Now Ive had a wide selection of food choices from the menu but by far the chili cheese fries are my favorite hands down.

I mean just look at the picture. Been going here for years now and they dont miss. I had the pastrami combo today and it was as good as i remember. Definitely hits the spot. Service was fast and staff are kind and polite. Tons of parking inside. Definitely recommend this place 10/10

Time stamp of receipt, I didnt receive my burger 30 minutes later

Service was horrible I waited over 30min for a Jr. Burger. People came in after me and ordered food and got theirs before. I wasn't in the mood for a regular burger but because I made them cook this burger they took their sweet time. Im a regular here so I know it was done because I didnt spend more money.

    $3.83 taco!

Dont order the breakfast burrito. It's a waste of money lots of onions and other things in it. It's a waste.

Their burgers are pretty good, although I feel they were even better in the past. I used to go to their Lomita location (which has since become a different restaurant), and I remember the burgers being served on brioche buns that really stood out in taste. I'm a big fan of fresh-made burgers rather than fast-food style places, and I don't mind paying a bit more for something made fresh. Their menu has great options overall, and the lunch box is a solid value for the price. The homemade onion rings are especially good. The only issue I consistently have with this location is the fries. I've never received crispy fries here. There is now an option to request "crispy / well-done" fries when ordering online, but it doesn't apply to all menu items, and it still doesn't seem consistent. What I usually receive are soft, oily fries that end up tasting more like steamed potatoes, which I personally can't enjoy. I don't think most people would prefer fries served that way over crispy ones, so I really hope they can improve on this part of the menu.

We came all the way from Santa Clarita and we're not disappointed. Past all the namebrand places by the aquarium and came here and we're not disappointed. I had the work burger, which has fried portobello mushrooms. Others in our group had grilled cheese and poutine burger, and Italian burger and the hotdog and the breakfast burritos. No one was disappointed actually, we were surprisingly pleased with our selections. Sleeper items are the fried cheese curds by themselves. Make sure you get these. Also the onion rings are batter dipped. And beyond delicious! Only bummer is the drinks are cans, so if you need more than one drink, be prepared to pay for each can. The food was super delicious!!

I'm not sure if it's always that lively on Friday nights, but it was the weekend of Warped Tour, so there was a lot of music and energy. If you're looking for a quieter meal, this may not be the best night to visit. The food itself was good, but the wait was much longer than expected. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order. Unfortunately, my burger was also made incorrectly. I ordered the Bacon Bleu Burger but was served a different burger instead. Not quite sure what it was, but it had mushrooms and American cheese. Since we had already waited so long, I decided to just eat it rather than send it back. The burgers were flavorful, but they were smaller than I expected for the price, and they don't come with fries. To round out my meal, I ordered the poutine fries. They were decent. The fries were nice and crispy, which I appreciated. My husband ordered the Burger Don Chendo, and that ended up being the standout of the night. I usually don't like spicy food, but this burger had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the portion size for the price, the experience was a bit hit-or-miss. I'd be willing to give them another try, especially for the Don Chendo burger, but I'm hoping for a smoother experience next time.

Respectfully this review may sound harsh but it's 1000% truth…read more The burger...eww. Why? Low grade, FOUL smelling Jennio-O caliber meat quality at best. And desert dry at that. If you're okay with this, then have at it. But just remember this review when you smell this under seasoned chunk of rancid meat you just spent your hard earned money on. The first thing I noticed cutting into this burger was the scent. It was FOUL. And then I instantly remembered why it has been 2 years since I visited this place. Same experience. This meat cannot be fresh whatsoever. It stinks. But to no surprise, it mirrors the poor quality of the fries (mid at best) and the knock off hidden valley ranch disguised as a house ranch you have to pay extra for. TBH the idea of a burger spot specializing in turkey burgers is really unique and opens up options that are both simple and satisfying. However, the turkey-- where you buy it, how you store it and the overall quality is the star of the show, and this ain't it. Simply put, it's not for me. I could not eat this food. Not to mention I feel there is a bit of deflection on the workers part when a concern is politely brought to their attention. The food, guaranteed IS NOT FRESH. I recommend Chinollo across the street. Fresh, high quality and juicy farm raised meats paired with equally high quality sides made in house (not frozen), fresh veg, fresh hand cut fries, house made sodas, milk teas and teas; nothing reeks of left over food being sold at ransom prices

We were thrilled to see a few menu options that were marked as vegan. Bonus points for being affordable! I completely missed their attached parking lot when I arrived and ended up parking across the street in the neighborhood, where there was ample free parking. When we arrived, the restaurant was about half full and there was live music occurring on the patio. We opted to sit inside where it was a little less noisy and there was a comfy and cozy booth calling our name. The vibe was great, with fun and eclectic decor. The service was really upbeat and friendly and our server was so kind and helpful. We asked him if the espresso martini had dairy in it (which I just discovered that is a thing at some places) and he double checked with the bartender to ensure there wasn't my dairy in it! I ordered that alongside a falafel wrap I must say, both of these worked so well together. The espresso martini was light and refreshing yet still had a bold flavor. The falafel was nice and crispy with a delectable inside and the tahini sauce was so rich and creamy. The meal felt indulgent yet hearty all at the same time. I left feeling so uplifted and relaxed all at the same time. Despite it being on the noisier side, I was still able to hear my friend well and it was such a great place for us to catch up. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

Overall our meal was great and there were TVs visible from anywhere you sat, which is perfect for a sports bar. My big gripe is being charged $1 for pickles to go with a sandwich. Maybe you get more if they put them directly on the sandwich, but they forgot mine so the pickles came in a ramekin. 6 pickle slices for $1.
