Went about 11 on a Saturday to pick up food. Got 3 cheeseburger combos. It took a couple minutes longer in the drive through than big chain places but was worth it. The food was hot and fresh. The burgers had a great grilled flavor and I loved the fries. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend eating here. read more

** BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE**** I ate there tonight with my group of friends. The food was good but the service was bad! The cashier seemed to be over us. I don't think they were expecting customers because of the rain. Everything seemed to be going well we ate our food and we were having a conversation. One of the workers was on break (I assume) and he sat right next to our group. Out of nowhere we hear a loud "SSSSSSSSHHHHGHH." We were shook. We had no idea who it was then he looked at us and claimed it was him. We thought it was extremely rude and disrespectful. We tried to ignore it because we weren't going to let it ruin our day. He continued on to roll his eyes and make obvious faces that he was irritated. Overall it was a bad experience because I think customer service plays a huge roll in an establishment like this. I don't know the workers name but he looked about 25 years of age. Slim body. Not too tall. Had tattoos on his arms. Hhhmmm...what an interesting concept. A breakfast sandwich, with lettuce and tomato? What is this, bizarro world?? I have never had such a thing. But, I was pleasantly suprised! It was pretty tasty, once I peeled 3 layers of water lettuce (iceberg, whatever) off. The tomato stayed cold, even with the warm sausage links next to it. Let's just say today's experience was horrible, I been coming here for years and never had a complaint about the food or placing a order or having someone argue with me! Well that all happened today. Night shift older lady Hispanic. Needs to improve her customer service and stop arguing and coming at people side ways, the worst attitude on taking orders running her mouth like a little girl and a chicken with her head lose. Other than that cooks where friendly young girl was polite I did have to return a burger because it was just smashed n drenched in pickles on a kids meal. I went there for lunch with my daughter today we went through the drive through. Idk what the lady's name is but she's always the one with a super attitude. She's an older lady Anyways, I was polite and she was completely rude. She gave me my food I asked for ranch and ketchup She didn't put the ketchup and when I asked again she said "let me put it in the bag" with her hand out. I give her the bag, she put the ketchup & handed t back. and then she forgot my fried jalapeño. So I sat there n waited for her to give it to me, she gave me an old & cold one. Found this place because I work in the area. LOVE LOVE LOVE their French fries and zucchini. Omg so good, and they are unbelievably CHEAP! I got everyone at my job coming here and now it's my husbands favorite as well. Also, they just got new furniture and it's way more comfortable and pleasant on the inside. The food is delish, but the only place where the customer is never right, when they get your order wrong. This only involves one employee there, (afternoon/evening shift) that doesn't speak or understand the English language very well. She will argue with you continuously each time. She should not be put on drive-thru serving customers. The rest of the employees are friendly and courteous. I went on Saturday and the waitress was kinda rude almost like I was bothering her by ordering. She was laughing and speaking spanish to the cook the entire time she was taking my order and was very loud. Totally unprofessional and probably the major reason I won't go back. So let's get to the zucchini..... They were the size of french fries, and it tasted like they salted them like fries as well. They tasted a bit under cooked and some were a little hard (just a little bit though, almost like a slightly undercooked potato). To me they were too seasoned and for the price compared to other better places, they don't give you very much. My son is 3 and he said he liked them, but I wouldn't go out of my way to head over there with a zucchini craving anytime soon.
