Best breakfast burritos in the South Bay Huge portions, cheap prices, friendly/fast service. I'm in and out of the drive through in less than 5 mins. Cash only.

Solid burgers and breakfast burrito; first breakfast burrito I've eaten that isn't oily at all from the hash browns.

Once upon a time they had the best fries. Now days the fries are the worst in wilmington. Not sure how they don't know that.

You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door, and it makes such a difference. I also love their daily specials -- there's always something fun to look forward to, and it keeps things fresh. The camaraderie here is unmatched. It's the kind of place where you can relax, have a good time, and feel like part of a community. Highly recommend if you're looking for a laid-back spot with great energy and even better people.

The chicken was all cut up not a whole chicken breast which I should have seen as a red flag. But I tried to enjoy it, thinking positive and enjoy my night. I finished the beer and ordered a small beer but I started feeling really dizzy during this time. And not from drinking. If you've ever been roofied you know this exact feeling. Things are moving slower. You're spinning. You don't have full control. And you could pass out at any second. Thankfully I got home but it continued in a shower I took to try and wake up, but that didn't work. On my sofa I passed out. And woke up the next day still not feeling good. Still needing to lay down and needing more sleep. Another night passed where I slept early. Like I was knocked out. And today, Friday I finally felt like it was all out of my system. And this all happened because I went to Slip. This is not a fluke. It was not an accident. It happened to me and it can happen to you too. It can happen anywhere maybe, or maybe not. But what's for sure is it happened to me there. If you're with Slip and you're reading this, do not try and make me an offer to return. I won't. Ever.

The moment I pulled into the driveway I can smell the good stuff being made. I decided to order the bacon avocado burger with some chili cheese fries. OMG!!!! My burger was absolutely delicious. I ordered the California chicken sandwich along with fries with no salt in a separate bag and every time I said fries in a separate bag, she said no the chicken is already marinated and I said no I would like my fries in a separate bag as I'm driving back now just trying to get a little taste from running errands all day. The fries are extremely soggy full of grease. No crisp to them whatsoever very disappointed once again this place comes highly recommended. Sorry have to change my review. I won't be coming back. I will say the young lady in the window was very kind, and when I informed her about the fries, she immediately got a bag for me, and then I noticed the individual who took my order lean back to see who asked for another bag for their fries, mind you I said it multiple times in the beginning, but it's all good. I understand things happen however soggy fries. No thank you state of Gaffney Street.

I've been a fan for quite a while and am loving watching them grow! Owner Matt is seriously living his foodie dream. He gave up his solid corporate job and made his culinary dream come true! The new Redondo location is a great spot with an out door patio and dining room. It's bright and filled with music and even some arcade games. Order at the counter and you're give a pager for when your order is ready to devour! Today was a weekday so I ordered the PS Original burger. It's an outstanding smash burger filled with quality meat, seared perfectly on the flat top to get some of that grilled crunch. If it was the weekend, get the Brunch Burger, OMG it's so good!! I always get the tots. They're always perfectly crispy and compliments any of their burgers. If they offer a "special burger" it's always worth mixing it up and ordering it, or even a Big Fish sandwich that was available in April and was a special treat, their collab burgers like their Butan Burger which was insanely good! But you really can't go wrong with any burger on the menu.

I am happy to see how much they have grown since then - with restaurants in Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach and Long Beach. It was my first time to check out this Redondo Beach location. Just in time for AAPI Heritage Month, Proudly Serving collaborated with Filipino American kickboxing champion Jackie Buntan. Jackie grew up in the South Bay and is a fan of Proudly Serving, thus leading to her collaborating with them. The Buntan Burger by Jackie Buntan x Proudly Serving is a celebration of Filipino heritage and flavor in every bite. It has a double patty, mozzarella cheese, banana ketchup aioli, longganisa, and atchara on soft pandesal from Gemmae Bakeshop. I really enjoyed this burger. I loved how they used pandesal and how they had a lot of Filipino ingredients in this burger. The longganisa paired well with the burger patty and gave the burger a nice, sweet touch. I also really liked the touch of banana ketchup aioli and atchara. Aside from The Buntan Burger, I got the PS Fries. I've gotten these fries before and they still remain to be some of the best fries I've ever tried. The thick fries are so crisp and delicious. I am fan of the generous toppings of burger patty, cheese, griddled onions, pickles and special sauce. I love the PS Fries but definitely also want to try the Chili Cheese Fries next time. I'm really happy I got to try Proudly Serving again. I am especially glad I got to check out the special Jackie Buntan x Proudly Serving burger. So masarap!

I got the burrito with all the meats but requested not to have ham and if I could replace it with either asada or chorizo and to my surprised they did !!!!...okay this is an extreme honest review ! Because I love breakfast burritos and because I truly think this place can have one of the best Bfast burritos if they work on some things...let me start of with the green salsa, honestly sucks ! Very bland, almost watered down (easy fix) ... the burrito was good but a little disappointing in a weird way !!!!, Listen !!!! Oddly enough it had asada trough every bite ! Plenty of sausage and bacon cooked to perfection ! But even though it didn't lack protein for some reason it was still not "packed"...trust me I'm confused as well ! "How can it have plenty of protein/meats but still be empty or soggy?" ... I have no clue ? But I'm not bashing it ! I truly think if they figure out how to pack it in better, maybe more egg and potatos? (Be careful because too much potato can kill it) ... also do not be afraid to season the eggs and potato's....a 10/10 breakfast burritos is usually packed ! When you hold it there's no flop or empty hollow tortilla.... I want to highlight again I'm not bashing it !!! It is a good burrito but can be worked on if you want it to be "top breakfast burrito in the southbay"... I give it a 7.7/10 at the moment ! Once they can Jam Pack it like ALL great breakfast burritos and work on their salsa I can see people traveling all over the southbay for this, also don't be afraid of seasoning! I know it's risky because some cooks over do it. Over all the hate for classics do to spiros legacy is not valid to me! This place was good and the fact they replaced the ham with asada shows they care. Hopefully this review didn't come off as hate because it's the complete opposite! I truly think this can be an amazing breakfast burrito !

LOL! I'll never ever stop protesting to get those back! Haha! Cut to the now (depending on when you're reading this!) ..it's 2025 and the owner opens up his Top Shelf Burgers food truck that is literally parked in front of Top Shelf Tacos!!! Thanks to a homie from Orange County, he told me out of nowhere to check this place out and I was like "DUDE! That's by Top Shelf Tacos right near me!"; so I made it a mission to go and check it out ASAP right after work today since it was meant to be because they open their truck to the public on Wednesdays until 8:00pm!!! Their parking is always free and ample, not a problem at all. Once I arrived, I ordered their Double Cheeseburger that is $12 (only $2 more from the regular cheeseburger!). The really really cool thing is that it's a WAGYU SMASHBURGER!!! What more do you want!?!? Hell yeah! I also ordered their seasoned fries for only $5 for a nice small bags worth of cayenne pepper and seasoning greatness! I wanted ranch, but they didn't have ranch, so the owner gave me his secret burger sauce on the side and it was the bommmmmb! Perfect alternative to buttermilk ranch and/or ketchup! The ambiance is always super chill inside and outside of this brick and mortar place. If you eat inside, they have TVs and stuff, including a TV on the actual food truck outside as well with chairs and tables if you want some air. All in all, I've legit had so many other smash burgers at other places, but Top Shelf Burgers is definitely one of my all-time favorites/top 5 spots now! Thank you again to my homie from Orange County (you know who you are!) for the reminder & to the owner and chef for the really cool, welcoming customer service!
