Great service!!! We were having issues with our home desktop computer. I called late one evening, after they were closed, and Jose answered my call. I explained my issue, and he gave me a quote over the phone, and I took in my PC the next morning. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Once I left them my computer to be worked on, they called me a few times to give me updates on the status of the repair and offered suggestions that would help improve my computers performance. Their prices are very reasonable, and you definitely do get the "white glove" treatment. I've used other PC repair services from "big box" stores, and the service doesn't compare! They really love what they do, and I felt that they genuinely cared about my computer problems. They just didn't write-off or disregard my PC "sufferings". What a disappointment!! I sent a service request via yelp on Friday and this place contacted me to help diagnose my PC remotely and get paid. They said they would call me on Saturday by 11:30 am which i agreed on but they never did and then they send me a msg on yelp that they will contact me back at 4:00 pm because the technician caught up with a project so i said sure why not!! 4:10 pm comes and no one calls me so i contacted them and they said that someone will call me within 30 minutes and i waited for a while but i had to go to the store to grab some stuff. I got a phone call around 4:50 which I didn't answer and no voicemail was left!! So not sure really at this point it was them or not. At 6:00 pm They send me a msg saying they can call me at 8:00 pm and i agreed now its 9:00 pm with no call or service done. Tomorrow is Sunday and almost 99% of places are closed, bow i have to wait till Monday to get my service done somewhere else. so you can imagine how unprofessional and un respectful they are!! read more

I brought in my MacBook Pro due to a keyboard problem. Turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE. After a long wait of more than few months I came to take it. I discovered they damaged my screen. To be more specific, it was broken in the bottom corner.They offered to fix it and I agreed. It took them another few months. This time when I arrived the cover of the computer was broken. And again, they said they will fix it. And again I waited. Than, in April after months they said it was ready. To be fair some of the wait was because of me since I have a demanding job. I paid them (another mistake) and took my MacBook. After I took the computer home I discovered another issue. The screen was damaged! (See picture) not to mention the monitor wasn't seating right and was "trembly". I contacted them and they said they will order the part. I also discovered my fingerprint sensor isn't working. Time and time again I called and left messages and texts but no answer. I've been chasing them since April. The last time they replied was in May. Don't make the mistake I did. I was very patience but this is just ridiculous. I got a damaged computer and paid a chunk of money for nothing. It's an awful experience to use the computer now. This things been going on since LAST YEAR. They didn't bother contacting me. They took the money and than no more nice "I'll repair the damage I did". This is a very bad costumer service. Please don't do the mistake I made. Go to a better business. One that won't damage your computer repeatedly and force you wait for months. read more

The owner Jose was one of the few who answered and actually sounded concerned about the problem and immediately tried finding a good time to bring the computer down and run a diagnostics.
