To be completely honest, it was the most straight-forward, simple, quick mobile phone appointment of my life! We accomplished everything I needed, quite quickly, zero sales pitches. I even got a BETTER mobile plan than the one I was aiming for walking through the door! They finally sent someone out to "resolve the issue" and as soon as he left it was the same issue. So they sent a senior tech the very next day.
