It has been over 8 months! The line is still exposed despite calling numerous times (at least 3 times a month). Mowing the yard is a pain! I am about to cancel service. I should not have to pay until this line is buried and buried well! This is terrible customer service even if this is something that is being outsourced to a third party! Hire a better contractor!

CC does not want to spend any funds to update their infrastructure in our area. They then raised our final billing 3x the previous rate. Had to pay the increase to Port our current numbers to our next carrier. Talk about kicking you as you go out the door. What a horrible company. They do not care about their customers at all. I arrived a couple minutes early for my appointment, and to my surprise, there was zero wait and an employee honored my reservation and began assisting right away! To be completely honest, it was the most straight-forward, simple, quick mobile phone appointment of my life! We accomplished everything I needed, quite quickly, zero sales pitches. I even got a BETTER mobile plan than the one I was aiming for walking through the door! Needless to say, I was super, super impressed with the experience, and it definitely solidified my loyalty to Verizon! I was in and out in 15 minutes with everything I needed and a better plan than I hoped for!

All they did was confuse the issue even more. I think it's safe to say we will literally never do that ever again. We arrived at this T-Mobile location December 26th about 30 minutes before they opened. Mercifully, they opened a little early. There were many other people there, but everyone was filed in and attended to in a reasonable amount of time. All the staff were wearing masks and everyone was social distancing. We were assigned to be assisted by Holly. Holly simultaneously fixed all 4 phones (including mom's phone) we had to switch over in about 30 minutes time. My experience can only speak to this single individual and she seriously saved the day. I wish she could receive a bonus or commission from helping us.

The overall appearance of the store and the well-groomed personnel gave a good impression, and was a welcome change from the bad-mannered, poorly-groomed Verizon rep I'd spoken with right before coming here. And the plan prices are better than Verizon. But overall, the Mobile Phone industry has made getting a new phone and/or plan way more complicated and confusing than it should be. They've made it impossible to compare apples to apples. And I'm sure all that is somehow great for their bottom line. But it always irks me that NO mobile phone company is ever even remotely as good to, or generous with, their established customers as they are to new customers. There is no reward for loyalty these days.

I called Spectrum in May 2026 to stop service for my 88 yr old mother because she passed away…read more Spectrum said they did not "see her in their system".... so I had to block them from stealing any more money from my mother's bank account. Not sure how Spectrum got my moms credit card, but yep, the next month, I had to cancel my now deceased mothers credit card to keep Spectrum from stealing. Spectrum won't give an email address for a paper trail to prove I canceled service. Now today I get a THREATENING LETTER & bill for June and July. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM--- they will NOT allow you to stop service EVER... not even when you DIE!!! I don't have time to grieve my mom because of companies like Spectrum that make this a full time job dealing with this crap.
