There were many other people there, but everyone was filed in and attended to in a reasonable amount of time. All the staff were wearing masks and everyone was social distancing. We were assigned to be assisted by Holly. Holly simultaneously fixed all 4 phones (including mom's phone) we had to switch over in about 30 minutes time. My experience can only speak to this single individual and she seriously saved the day. I wish she could receive a bonus or commission from helping us.
