I have had Metro PCS for years as my phone carrier and keep it because the price is locked in and…read moreinexpensive. I stopped in to this location to see if they had any iPhones available for upgrade from my current iPhone. The woman who worked there was very nice and helpful. They did not have the one that I wanted and she explained that certain stores only carry certain iPhones. She did say I can purchase it online and have it mailed. I would go back to this location based on today's customer service.

The sales associate chatted me up when she saw my taste led me to last pair of jellies... in my size. Sayless! I swooped those up and continued to shop. Need a fitting room started. No problem. If they see your arms are filling with items, assistance is prompt. In the fitting room, more attentiveness to my needs and compliments to me on my choices telling me how good I look! Love it! After doing a return and wandering the store and being stopped because the store was closing and they had already locked the doors the woman accused me of stealing the pants. She asked if I wanted to pay for them even though I walked through the doors in them and there wasn't a sensor on them. The woman doing the return as incredibly kind but the woman who accused me of stealing the pants was rude and as a former retail worker you're not supposed to handle a situation like that. I was shocked we could totally tell the difference the day they was done. We have noticed our air is not running as much, but most importantly the house has felt more comfortable from the up stairs to basement! I kept putting it off because it seemed difficult and I thought my prescription was just too complicated. I finally decided to go to target and they were able to get me the right contacts and I only had to pay $16 for a six month prescription with my insurance and their first time discount. I've been very pleased! The staff were very friendly and patient with explaining different costs and different options. I will definitely be coming back.

I had previously written a positive review for this store, but since then I've had a very…read moredisappointing situation with the store where they never sent my frames to get lenses in them. I've been waiting for two weeks and I called to check on the status and it looks like the frames were never sent and have been sitting on a desk for two weeks. During that whole 2 weeks, no one ever reached out to me. I'm completely dismayed that it took me having to call them to find out nothing has been done with my glass frames. The woman who answered was super apologetic as she's new to the store, but still.... My best advice is if you go to this store and choose to do business keep your receipts, call them if they don't call you and check in often to ensure your work that you paid for (in full!) is being completed.

Luckily, they kinda bent over backwards to get me this phone and I got super lucky they were able to find the parts. They kept me in the loop the whole time. Truly a great store...
