The problem with Everest is the cable functionality. Everything from the Guide to DVR menu looks cheap and only has basic functionality. The DVR doesn't actually record shows that it should be recording. So we frequently were missing episodes of such great shows as "The Soup" and "My Fair Brady". We'll eventually switch back to Everest when we get mad at Time Warner's service again (we're close). But, Everest just gives us a whole new set of problems. Although they have better HD service than Time Warner.

Marcus W. helped me and took care of my Spectrum needs with knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and excellent customer service as he went above and beyond for me in his efforts to resolve the situation. All the while, there were a few loud unnecessarily angry customers walking into the store that him and the team handled calmly and with patience. Marcus remained calm, kind, and efficient the entire time and I just really appreciated him today in the midst of the chaos of a big move, divorce and everything else going on in my life. The speeds are faster than advertised and they consistently work. I live in blue Springs, Missouri and Troy was my tech. He was curious to know why I moved here from California got to know me a little bit and we had a good conversation. I got to know him a little bit about his family he was very open and have a great customer service skills. Nothing but positive things to say about Troy and I hope he's my tech in the future to take care of us and thats if we have any issues. Which I hope we don't... Ha ha ha And I'm actually writing this review now because the AT&T Internet plastic covering that in the grass was shattered and it's been that way for quite some time. We live in a new development so I thought I'd wait until things are finished so I can ask for someone to come replace it. One of our neighbors was getting some work done so I want talk to the guy. His name is George. Helpful man... He came over write up a ticket and he informed me as I was leaving I put in a ticket and he doesn't know the turnaround time but when I get done, it'll be sooner than later I thought great! Rather than cancel our service they transfered service back to our old home and did not inform us for 2 months. After calling in again to cancel they added cancelation charges without informing us. Save yourself the headache and avoid Spectrum.
