These people are the worst people I have EVER dealt with in my life. They have issues with their…read morebilling system, so I never received my bills. When trying to rectify the situation, and receive an invoice to pay from, they are rude and incompetent, very unhappy people. They threaten to disconnect YOUR service when its THEIR company's problem as to why I don't get my invoice. Jackie and Diana are the meanest women I have ever encountered in NKC. They are argumentative, and accused me of not paying my bills. I was BEGGING FOR THEM to send me an invoice to pay from. I tried to stop by their building to pay, and they would not let me in. They demanded payment electronically, but refused to give me a method to DO SO! RUN, AWAY FROM THESE AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE. I HAD THE SAME ISSUE with my residential services. NKC is TOO GOOD for this awful service. They are truly horrendous service providers who treat people like trash. Seriously- if at all possible, DO NOT USE THEM... THEY ARE AWFUL. THEY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE UNBEKNOWNST TO ME, DUE TO THEIR PROBLEMS. They admitted their system screwed up, but then still treated me horrendously. Phone calls will usually get you nowhere. My wife has literally broken down in tears of frustration talking to Comcast reps on the phone. I'd rate Comcast's phone support half of a star. But if you go into the physical location it's a different story. They can easily find promotions that not even the Customer Retention department on the phone is willing to give out. Comcast's customer retention department is more than happy to turn off my service over the phone without an ounce of effort trying to keep me as a customer. But, every rep I've talked to in person in the Independence branch has been friendly and more than willing to help me get a good deal.

Of course I did not say hey, set in the middle of the room! It came in from a side closet from outside and mounted up in the walk-in closet in the air. What more could you ask for? The speeds are faster than advertised and they consistently work. I live in blue Springs, Missouri and Troy was my tech. He was curious to know why I moved here from California got to know me a little bit and we had a good conversation. I got to know him a little bit about his family he was very open and have a great customer service skills. Nothing but positive things to say about Troy and I hope he's my tech in the future to take care of us and thats if we have any issues. Which I hope we don't... Ha ha ha And I'm actually writing this review now because the AT&T Internet plastic covering that in the grass was shattered and it's been that way for quite some time. We live in a new development so I thought I'd wait until things are finished so I can ask for someone to come replace it. One of our neighbors was getting some work done so I want talk to the guy. His name is George. Helpful man... He came over write up a ticket and he informed me as I was leaving I put in a ticket and he doesn't know the turnaround time but when I get done, it'll be sooner than later I thought great!
