They pulled my truck in immediately and got started on the installation, said it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to install , I waited in the waiting area for the remote to be installed and 10:50. I was approached and told my truck was done. I was then showed & explained how the system worked.. I googled this place for a remote start install on my new car and had to return days later due to…read moremy check engine light coming on because of the bypass module and PCM. I asked beforehand if they had issues with installing on Chevy's and they assured me they don't. My vehicle is under manufacturer warranty and had no issues prior. Well........ I'm back less than a week later to try to get it either fixed or removed and they want to install another one? Doesn't make much sense to me. Also the guys that actually work on the cars seem nice but the other staff are not friendly and don't greet or even acknowledge you as a customer. The owner was very rude and casual about the issue they created. I would not recommend this business at all. Very cold and uninviting environment and does not seem to value your business. Product: NuStart $399.00 Update* my car is still in the shop, I'm paying diagnostic fees, uber fees and have yet to get a refund from this owner.

They are great, Someone broke in my sons car awhile back and the decal got scratched, they fixed it perfectly. More recently I had them install a car alarm in my Jeep Wrangler. They know their stuff and give you lots of options and explain the difference between all of them. They were great and got me exactly what I wanted and it was done in just a couple hours. They also was able to add heated seats, I do love my heated seats. They installed everything in a very professional manner and took me out to my car and showed me how everything worked so I would know exactly and not set it off accidently. I will definetely use them for anything I need for my Jeep.
