I took my car back and they offered to take a look even though they knew it wasn't attached to any work they previously did. Only 20 mins later they were able to determine that it's a common issue with my car and they even offered to fix it, though they don't usually do that type of work. They had me order the part on Amazon, charged me a flat labor fee an asked me to comeback for the install. When I went back for the install it took them maybe 30 mins and it was completely fixed and recommended a shop if the issue ever happens again. They handled my needs with white glove service and were all very kind for going out of their way to help me. Special shout out to Justin. He really spearheaded helping me.

We went in to make an appt, and I was surprised to see not only a vacation-style vibe decor, but also a comfy waiting area- which we didn't end up needing. The staff were friendly, very knowledgable, and had multiple options at different price points. We chose the best one for us, got a price, and came back on appt day. The service was completed in a few hours, right on schedule, and the price they quoted was correct in the end. Additionally, the staffer who returned our key took the time to sit in the car with me (it's my vehicle to drive but my husband is the one who knows the technical stuff) and show me how all the new features worked, and answer all my questions. I asked beforehand if they had issues with installing on Chevy's and they assured me they don't. My vehicle is under manufacturer warranty and had no issues prior. Well........ I'm back less than a week later to try to get it either fixed or removed and they want to install another one? Doesn't make much sense to me. Also the guys that actually work on the cars seem nice but the other staff are not friendly and don't greet or even acknowledge you as a customer. The owner was very rude and casual about the issue they created. I would not recommend this business at all. Very cold and uninviting environment and does not seem to value your business.
