The one time that they recommended I replace tires they suggested I go to Costco or Sam's Club to get the best deal AND assured me that the tires were warped but not unsafe so I didn't have to panic. They're proof that if you don't upsell or bullshit people, then you'll always have plenty of business. My headlights came out and after paying $200 to Acura for a diagnosis and a quote of $3K to get it fixed, I called other places. After calling over a dozen places and experiencing over a week+ timeframe or lack of respect at some places, I landed at Custom Creations. He was very kind, efficient, respectful and will do what he can. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue within less than 15 minutes and saved me thousands, which I can't say the same for others. You won't be disappointed if you go here!

Tanner went out of his way to make sure we took the least expensive route knowing my financial situation, and ended up saving me thousands. Amazing work and I couldn't be happier with how everything went.

Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.
