They were honest in stating that it would be quite some time before they could get to it but given the make of the car we were happy to wait for them. We were surprised when it was done almost a month earlier than anticipated. We called weekly and Vito was so kind to always gives us the updates. They had to order parts from Italy then they went through Aristocrat so it was not an easy process. They even handled any pushbacks from our insurance so that everything was exactly like new. I was very happy to see it completed and perfect again. We will always work with Pirrello if need this type of service again.

What I was told would be two day repair for my timing chain turned into a month-long experience with my car sitting in the shop. Communication was inconsistent at times, and I often felt in the dark about what was really happening. The shop initially quoted me around $2,600, then revised it to $4100 and offered a $800 discount. The total ended up at $3,908. During the repair, I was told that my dowel pin had broken in the camshaft, which required additional work. I receive a text message saying my car was ready for pickup. I came paid my balance in full. Less than a hundred feet of leaving out the parking lot my check engine light was back on and problem still existed. Im thankful I caught it in time because it was a Friday and they are closed on weekends. So it would have been my word against there's when it came time with correcting the problem. When I arrived for pickup today, the shop stated they waived an additional $800 fee for a solenoid recalibration/replacement that was directly related to the timing chain work they had just performed. I feel strongly that this should have been included in the original service and not presented as an "extra" charge after I had already paid. To their credit, I really appreciated the friendliness of the two administrative assistants, who went above and beyond to help me. They provided me with a shuttle ride home when I dropped off my car, even paid for me an Uber to pick up the loaner vehicle, and made sure I had a loaner car for the month while mine was being repaired. Those accommodations meant a lot during a very long process. The shop also test drove my car for 40+ minutes before releasing it, and the check engine light has not come back on yet. I appreciate that they ultimately covered the $800 charge, but overall the experience left me questioning trust, timelines, and transparency. If you use this shop, know that while they will work with you and provide support, you'll need to ask a lot of questions, push back on extra fees, and keep good records. The repair seems to be holding for now, but the process was much more difficult and drawn out than it should have been.

Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.

We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. We picked it up a few days later and it looked beautiful...almost as good as the day we drove to off the lot. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. I told Larry that I wanted Manufacture parts on my brakes and when I picked it up the brakes squeaked and I called and Larry said that I said I didn't want manufacture parts because it would be more expensive. told him that I would never say that because the brakes squeak. I was definitely taking a chance with Exact and here is my experience: First Impressions: My brother recommended Exact when I was shopping around for brake repair a couple years ago. The shop is located on Johnson Drive, next to a new car wash. We dropped my car off right around 8:30. The shop is easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. Dillon was very welcoming and he confirmed what services I needed. The shop was nice and clean and Dillon was very organized. Communication: I appreciated the phone call before any service was done to my car. They allowed us time to decide what we wanted to do before continuing and Dillon was very understanding. He wasn't pushy like the dealerships and I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. The price is nice: I did not get tires, as they were more expensive than I thought, but for an oil change and front brakes, my bill was a little over $200. Their prices on timing belt replacement and other maintenance work was way cheaper than the Acura dealership, which is impressive. Overall: I will be back. The pricing alone was it for me. Acura quoted me well over a grand for maintenance work, new tires, and brakes on my car. Dillon's prices were half of that, which I can handle. They do specialize in imports, so keep that in mind. The only down side was their tire prices, which are about the same amount as the dealer. I also appreciated the customer service and how genuine Dillon was.
