Dale's is the best! I stopped in with damage to my 2011 RAV4; a piece of molding (Toyota calls it molding, I call it weatherstripping) had come off the roof and water was getting in to the cargo area. The guys at Dale's took a look and found a tiny crack at the roof seam running half the length of the car due to a tree limb falling on the car years earlier! They came up with a part number and some very helpful advice, convincing me that I could do the repair myself! No charge, just super friendly and helpful service. Tanner is my hero! I did not actually get work done on my car but my car sat in their shop for almost two months while the insurance company dodged both of our calls and then was ultimately declared a total loss. He helped advocate for me and took turns with me calling and emailing insurance agents. Right when I was ready to transfer my claim over to my own insurance, he got ahold of the supervisor of the person who was supposed to be dealing with my claim and they got back to me within an hour and we worked out a settlement. I was recently in an auto accident around May where I was rear ended. Originally the other party and I were going to handle the damages out of pocket as he was responsible. I was trying to be civil and keep his rates down. This changed quickly however as he did not want to pay the full cost to repair my car. So I decided to chance the body shop based on the reviews I had read. And I'm so glad that I did. My son's 2007 Infiniti G35coupe had front bumper damage and needed to be replaced and repainted. Not only were they super friendly and polite, they were very knowledgeable, gave me a quote within 15min, scheduled me, ordered my part, I dropped the car off, they were not only finished when they said, but even tried to reuse some of the parts to save me money!! I brought my car here to be fixed after I was hit in a parking lot. The damage looked very minor so the insurance company for the other person just had me send in photos. When I got there, someone came out and looked at the car and suggested there might be more damage than the insurance suggested. That was the last detail I had to worry about. The staff at Dales arranged for me to get a rental car and had someone take me over to the rental car place within 5 minutes of arriving. When I got to the rental car place, again, I was quickly run through the paperwork and was on my way. During the week, Dale's gave me a car to update me on the progress and said there was more damage than I was credited with. Again, they handled all the details including extending the rental car. When it was repaired, I was pleasantly surprised to find they not only fixed it like new, they also had cleaned and shampooed my car for me. This was the best customer service hands down! The job was completed as scheduled, and they even have an arrangement with the rental car company so I was able to drop off the rental car at Dales with no need to take the rental back across town and get a ride back to Dales. I was absolutely thrilled with my experience. At first pulling up to the shop it looks like a little run down shop but that is where the disappointment ends. As soon as you speak to anyone in the shop, they are all excited to help. The work was perfect! I love my car and have it routinely detailed. I am picky with my car to say the least. I was nervous going to pick it up but when I got there the vehicle had been freshly cleaned and there was not an imperfection on the car.
