My daughters car was damaged by a rear end hit . She asked me the procedure to get it done as it didn't look bad. But I told her that underneath is the were the issue is as the bumper hides the damage anyway I went on line looking for a place closer to her house. And found Dales. The reviews were really good. So i told her to give them a try . She did and had a great experience and they found all sort of stuff that need to be repaired/replaced . The timing, scheduling, communication all was great. Thank You Dales. For treating my daughter with respect and giving her a great service and final product. read more

I had an accident, and they did the repairs. After I got it, I noticed a squeak, and I took it back to them. One of the front guys knew exactly what it was. Two screws were not put in. Then I took it home, and I heard squeaks somewhere else. I went back to them again. They sent my wife and me out with a young guy, and he wanted to drive my car and see when/where the squeak occurred. That was fine, but the guy drove my car in a rough manner, and my wife and I were a bit ticked off after his test driving was completed. The office guys are very nice and knowledgeable, but that young guy has some issues. read more

A tree branch fell on my car. It took off the mirror, dented the panel between the door and windshield and dented the hood. They worked seamlessly with State Farm. They even got it done early. It looks as good as new! read more

I recently chose Dale's Auto on Park in Olathe, KS for the recent work needed on my car after an accident. The 5 star reviews and all the positive comments from past customers made it easy to choose them out of all the choices given from my insurance company. So glad I did! From start to finish, I received the most excellent customer service from Tanner. They got my car in immediately and the work was completed on my car in record time. From all appearances, my vehicle looks as good or better than it did before and it runs perfectly. This is one happy and completely satisfied customer! I recommend them highly. (P.S. The other gentlemen in the office are a joy to communicate with when waiting for Tanner!) read more

Dale's is the best! I stopped in with damage to my 2011 RAV4; a piece of molding (Toyota calls it molding, I call it weatherstripping) had come off the roof and water was getting in to the cargo area. The guys at Dale's took a look and found a tiny crack at the roof seam running half the length of the car due to a tree limb falling on the car years earlier! They came up with a part number and some very helpful advice, convincing me that I could do the repair myself! No charge, just super friendly and helpful service. You can bet that when I need work done on either of our cars, they'll be going to Dale's! Thanks guys!! read more

Absolutely great in all respects! Tanner took care of me from the moment I walked in to the completed repair of my "crunched bumper!!" Beautiful replacement job and careful to make sure all surrounding area was addressed and repaired as needed! Final bill was reasonable and they washed and cleaned the vehicle so it looked great! Took two days for the complete job (getting needed parts in and all finished as promised). Highly recommend Dale's Body Shop in Olathe. Jon G. read more

Wrecking your car is stressful and the team at Dale's understands. They were kind (expressing concern for my well-being after a wreck like that), knowledgeable, and helpful and I would trust them again. They took the time to explain the process to me, made sure to eliminate unnecessary hassles, and even took my license plate off my total vehicle for me (a detail I never would have thought of). In situations like this, with so many moving parts, it is a huge relief to work with reliable professionals. read more

I have had 3 different cars now repaired there at Dales. He has worked on 2 Corollas and a Honda Pilot. Tanner and his staff are always easy to work with and take care of you. You cant ask for a nicer guy. Tanner is always ready to listen and help out. I wish all businesses in todays world were run like this shop. I would give it 10 stars if I could. read more

I spun off the road on the ice last January and had my car repaired here in no time. Tanner worked on my car until I moved away and even when I came back to visit, he was willing to look at any concern I had. I'd trust him with any question knowing he's not just trying to get more money out of me. Thanks for all your hard work! read more

Tanner is my hero! I did not actually get work done on my car but my car sat in their shop for almost two months while the insurance company dodged both of our calls and then was ultimately declared a total loss. He helped advocate for me and took turns with me calling and emailing insurance agents. Right when I was ready to transfer my claim over to my own insurance, he got ahold of the supervisor of the person who was supposed to be dealing with my claim and they got back to me within an hour and we worked out a settlement. If I ever need any work done, I'll know who to go to. He's kind, compassionate, down to earth, cares about his customers, and takes pride in his work. Thanks for all your help, Tanner! read more

A great experience all around. The estimating process was fast, efficient and well organized. The reminders for my appointment where appreciated and timely and most importantly the service was fast, efficient and of the highest quality. My contact (Brandon) was extremely helpful and always prompt and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dale's for any collusion repair. You can trust that you will get a quality outcome at a fair price. read more

I was recently in an auto accident around May where I was rear ended. Originally the other party and I were going to handle the damages out of pocket as he was responsible. I was trying to be civil and keep his rates down. This changed quickly however as he did not want to pay the full cost to repair my car. I called his insurance company and they quickly accepted liability and I went with this shop. The customer service was A1 and the tech ,Aaron Rose, was diligent in providing me with daily updates so that I always knew what was going on. The shop was quick in speaking with the insurance company and there was no out of pocket cost. The body shop even paid for a rental even when the insurance company stopped doing sThis body shop really made a bad situation so much better and I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

If you ever get in an accident and need somewhere trustworthy to take your car. Look no further. Tanner at Dale's helped me with an insurance company that was not telling me anything about my car , not wanting to tow it back to Dale's or wanting to pay for damages caused by another person but he got it all settled for me and let me know every step of the way in repairs on my car and I got it back in better shape than it was before the accident! read more

I was hit on the highway and my experience at Dale's could not have been better. I stopped by late one Friday afternoon, just before closing time, for a minor fix on my car. The office guys informed me that the shop guys had gone home for the day. But did they turn me away? No! Troy went into the shop, got the part and fixed it without complaint. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you want a place that still feels like the small town, customer valued business, this is your place. Dale's isn't going to sell you more than you need or try to up-charge you. I'll be a customer for life. read more

All guys were so helpful and the repair was priced perfectly. They even helped me getting my windows tinted while it was in the shop having work done. I had a small accident in my 2008 GMC 2500, mostly cosmetic. I heard Dale's is one of the best in town. I have Farm Bureau Insurance, and Dale's is a certified repair center. It was amazing service from the second I called to get it in. Painless dealing with insurance as they handled it all, and quite professionally. I got it back when they said it would be done and looking as good as new! Everyone in the office is very friendly, and I love the local family business feeling. It's got a nice clean feeling inside, they offer you a soda, nice coffee, or bottled water, Grace Bilger Paintings add beautiful local ambiance. read more

So I decided to chance the body shop based on the reviews I had read. And I'm so glad that I did. My son's 2007 Infiniti G35coupe had front bumper damage and needed to be replaced and repainted. Not only were they super friendly and polite, they were very knowledgeable, gave me a quote within 15min, scheduled me, ordered my part, I dropped the car off, they were not only finished when they said, but even tried to reuse some of the parts to save me money!! My son is very picky about his car and has spent a lot of money fixing her (yes it's a her) up, and he was super impressed with the work too. All around great company! Thank you so much!!!! read more

I brought my car here to be fixed after I was hit in a parking lot. The damage looked very minor so the insurance company for the other person just had me send in photos. When I got there, someone came out and looked at the car and suggested there might be more damage than the insurance suggested. That was the last detail I had to worry about. The staff at Dales arranged for me to get a rental car and had someone take me over to the rental car place within 5 minutes of arriving. When I got to the rental car place, again, I was quickly run through the paperwork and was on my way. During the week, Dale's gave me a car to update me on the progress and said there was more damage than I was credited with. Again, they handled all the details including extending the rental car. When it was repaired, I was pleasantly surprised to find they not only fixed it like new, they also had cleaned and shampooed my car for me. This was the best customer service hands down! I'm a single person so I'm always a bit worried when dealing with my car. I felt totally comfortable here and felt like they were very honest guys! This is the place to go for sure! read more

I just wanted to take the time to let all know what a wonderful experience I had with Dale's. They worked with me on a recent accident where I was rear ended and went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. I cannot say enough good things about them and will recommend to anyone and everyone I know! read more

A VERY good experience! Greg Einspahr is the manager, and he quickly sized up the damage and called to schedule once the needed parts had arrived. The job was completed as scheduled, and they even have an arrangement with the rental car company so I was able to drop off the rental car at Dales with no need to take the rental back across town and get a ride back to Dales. The quality of the repair was excellent, and I highly recommend this body shop. read more

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience. At first pulling up to the shop it looks like a little run down shop but that is where the disappointment ends. As soon as you speak to anyone in the shop, they are all excited to help. The work was perfect! I love my car and have it routinely detailed. I am picky with my car to say the least. I was nervous going to pick it up but when I got there the vehicle had been freshly cleaned and there was not an imperfection on the car. I was thrilled with how quickly and easily Dale's took care of me. They are wonderful to work with and I will never get body work done anywhere else. Especially large shout out to Troy, the estimator and my contact. Again, thrilled with the process and the product. Thank you Dale's! read more
