I had a parking lot fender bender. My insurance has BF Bodyworks listed as a preferred service provider. After reading the great reviews, I opted to use them. I am so happy I did! My Ram never looked better! Their work is flawless. They matched up the Delmonico Red paint perfectly, which is not easy since it is a two tone scheme. They had to replace the bed body. The Ram box lids actually fit better than when my truck was new. Their communication was excellent with almost daily updates and personal phone calls when hiccups happened. I consider the repair timely based on availability. Smooth coordination with insurance adjuster on total damages & insurance reimbursement. They did a great job matching the existing paint. After 36 years driving, i can count on one hand the number of times I've needed the services of a body shop, so needless to say, I don't have a "go to" for collision repair. However, following a recent fender bender I was looking for a shop that worked with my insurance company and BF Bodyworks was on the list. They had good reviews on Google, they were close to my house, and there was a rental car service within easy walking distance, so i made an appointment for an estimate. Every aspect of my dealing with this company was outstanding. The telephone call to make the appointment... the estimating process... the drop off and pickup process... notifications on progress of work... and the finished results... every bit of it was outstanding. While I hope not to need a return visit, I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point if I do! I had a great experience at BF Bodyworks. My front bumper and mirror covers were painted by BF Bodyworks a little more than three years ago, following a minor accident. Recently I noticed paint was beginning to peel away in a few spots and I wasn't sure if it was a defect covered by the warranty or the result of something else. I took it in for inspection and was pleasantly surprised when the manager looked it over and agreed it was a defect in either paint or process. He said, "Yeah, that's something we need to fix for you." He scheduled the repair for a few weeks later. I was contacted a few days after dropping it off and was told it would be ready a few days later. Yesterday afternoon, right on time, I received a call letting me know the car was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up, she handed my keys to me and thanked me. No charge. No paperwork. No hassle... No kidding! The paint looks as good as new and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend BF Bodyworks and will definitely use them in the future if I have the need. read more

My experience was pre-repairs. I brought my Tahoe in for an estimate. I specifically told them I could smell antifreeze leaking. The person who provided my estimate did not once look under the hood so I was concerned. I contacted my insurance company and they assured me since they where an approved shop that if they thought they could fix it, they would. I waited two months for my vehicles scheduled repairs. 5 business days after drop off I was notified there where additional repairs, including go figure, a new radiator. The increase of about $3,500 more making my car a total loss. Perhaps, more thorough estimates should be made. Some of the additions included a new headlight, which should have been included in the original estimate considering the entire assembly was missing. Based on their quality of estimate and the what would have been unexpected price increase, I would not recommend. read more
