They were honest in stating that it would be quite some time before they could get to it but given the make of the car we were happy to wait for them. We were surprised when it was done almost a month earlier than anticipated. We called weekly and Vito was so kind to always gives us the updates. They had to order parts from Italy then they went through Aristocrat so it was not an easy process. They even handled any pushbacks from our insurance so that everything was exactly like new.
