We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. We picked it up a few days later and it looked beautiful...almost as good as the day we drove to off the lot. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. We will be bringing our Acadia yearly for wax and polishing. Highly recommend Dent & Detail Clinic.

They have been great so far -- very friendly, honest, communicative, and working to help. These are the kind of people you feel comfortable doing business with. The part that's broken on our car door is $800 from the dealer, and they shared some Amazon links for the same product for $35. They've told us if we get that and bring it in, they'll do the service work for a reasonable fee. Appreciate them working with us on it, and while we still have to finalize everything, I feel comfortable dishing out a great review for them as it's been a big win. Will update if anything changes!

Earlier in my trip, I had backed into a high curb and bent part of my rear bumper, and it had been bothering me ever since. I walked in expecting a 3-4 day fix. The guys got me fixed in 24 hours. That kind of honesty is hard to find. He could've told me I needed a new bumper or billed me 3x for the repair, but instead he simply helped me and wished me a safe trip. I'm now three hours away, but I'd gladly make that drive again just to give Alex my business. Highly recommend.

Our insurance didn't cover Eveland Brothers so we called Pirrello. They were honest in stating that it would be quite some time before they could get to it but given the make of the car we were happy to wait for them. We were surprised when it was done almost a month earlier than anticipated. We called weekly and Vito was so kind to always gives us the updates. They had to order parts from Italy then they went through Aristocrat so it was not an easy process. They even handled any pushbacks from our insurance so that everything was exactly like new. I was very happy to see it completed and perfect again. We will always work with Pirrello if need this type of service again.

Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.

I brought my Rav-4 in and after a few days they finally were able to tell me it was my head gasket. After pulling apart my engine they said they needed to send it to a machine shop be because it was warped. After three weeks of having my car I asked about when I could expect it to be finished and of course I would have to wait another week because Thanksgiving was coming and they didn't work over the holiday. They had my car almost 5 weeks and after $7000 later I finally got my car. I went in to pick it up and was told for the first time they don't take checks. Scott told me, "who writes checks anymore?" Well, I do and that was so uncalled for she disrespectful. I had to pick my car up the next day because of this. So fast forward April and my car was not accelerating. I took it to them, again thinking it was still the same issue. I told Scott what the issue was and he set an appointment for me and when I brought it in he said the person that worked on my car was out on bereavement and wouldn't be back for a week. He also didn't believe what I told him was wrong over the phone because there was no engine light on. Now, as I brought it in there was a light on and he said,"oh it is acting up then?" What? He called me the next week and said they did a few diagnostic tests and still can't figure it out and I already owe like $900 and I would have to pay for it out of my pocket. Eventually, they figured out it was the catalytic converter which is right under the head gasket. I feel they should have fixed that as a part of the head gasket but another $2300 later. Scott called me and said the catalytic converter was on back order and it would be ready in September or October. It's now May. He said, "that's why I have three cars. Are you kidding me? Who has three cars just in case one car is not working? I will never go back there again and actually traded my car in for a new one. $900 in diagnostics alone. Obviously they have no ideas what they are doing. Save yourself time and money don't go there.
