Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. I've already recommended KC D&D to two people, and although I hope to never *need* to use their services again, should I fall victim to further dents or dings, I won't hesitate to return to Bill in a heartbeat!

I feel like they had my best interest at heart when dealing with the insurance company. I felt welcomed from the first moment I stepped foot on the property. My navigation directed me to the shop instead of the customer service center. Instead of being chastised, Wayne the service guy greeted me with a smile and looked at my car right there. Then had me drive around to where I was supposed to go to complete the process. Enterprise rental is on the premises so that part is seamless too. They matched my pearlized white paint which I was very concerned about. The car looked like new within a week. The customer service is above average from the ladies at the front desk to the service guy, Wayne. They all make me feel welcome every time and said they would be there regardless if I was late when I called to say I wasn't sure I would make it in time. This place is top notch. Sucks to need them, but it's sure nice in a situation where you're probably upset & possibly injured to feel like you're being treated fairly and compassionately.

We've been working with them and their insurance since and Jay Wolfe was on the list of approved body shops for their insurance company. Previously I'd worked with one other body shop in the metro and I felt that whole process to be a bit confusing and difficult to maneuver as someone that doesn't often find myself in the situation of needing body work done on a car. Because of that I'd kind of been dragging my feet thinking it would take a lot of time and energy on my end to get this all fixed. Turns out I was pretty wrong on that end. I filled out the form on the Jay Wolfe website and within around 10-15 minutes they gave me a call and walked me through the whole process, reassuring me there would be very little I'd have to do in terms of connecting with insurance from this point. I was able to come in for a consult just a few days later, they were expecting me. The person I worked with took photos, gathered the claim number and took it from there. I had a rental call scheduled by the end of the day for body work to begin the following week. They did tell me it will take a few weeks on the repair, so I'll update this review if things change, but so far I've been impressed with how they've handled things.

My experience with the staff here was always friendly and they were always willing to make sure that I was taken care of. When I got the car back, it looked like it never was in an accident. The damage to the taillight and the quarterpanel was completely gone. They even had the car vacuumed and washed, though the car wash wasn't needed since it was starting to rain when I picked it up. Anyway, a nice local body shop on State Farm's select list that will do a good job repairing your vehicle.
