So far I've been really impressed with Jay Wolfe Body Shop. A few weeks ago one of our cars was hit…read morein a parking lot and the person who hit us was kind enough to leave a note. We've been working with them and their insurance since and Jay Wolfe was on the list of approved body shops for their insurance company. Previously I'd worked with one other body shop in the metro and I felt that whole process to be a bit confusing and difficult to maneuver as someone that doesn't often find myself in the situation of needing body work done on a car. Because of that I'd kind of been dragging my feet thinking it would take a lot of time and energy on my end to get this all fixed. Turns out I was pretty wrong on that end. I filled out the form on the Jay Wolfe website and within around 10-15 minutes they gave me a call and walked me through the whole process, reassuring me there would be very little I'd have to do in terms of connecting with insurance from this point. I was able to come in for a consult just a few days later, they were expecting me. The person I worked with took photos, gathered the claim number and took it from there. I had a rental call scheduled by the end of the day for body work to begin the following week. They did tell me it will take a few weeks on the repair, so I'll update this review if things change, but so far I've been impressed with how they've handled things.

They also washed the car and cleaned the interior. What great service. I will definitely go back to them should I need auto body shop. My Ram never looked better! Their work is flawless. They matched up the Delmonico Red paint perfectly, which is not easy since it is a two tone scheme. They had to replace the bed body. The Ram box lids actually fit better than when my truck was new. Their communication was excellent with almost daily updates and personal phone calls when hiccups happened. I heartily recommend BF Bodyworks.

Our insurance didn't cover Eveland Brothers so we called Pirrello. They were honest in stating that it would be quite some time before they could get to it but given the make of the car we were happy to wait for them. We were surprised when it was done almost a month earlier than anticipated. We called weekly and Vito was so kind to always gives us the updates. They had to order parts from Italy then they went through Aristocrat so it was not an easy process. They even handled any pushbacks from our insurance so that everything was exactly like new. I was very happy to see it completed and perfect again. We will always work with Pirrello if need this type of service again.

Absolutely the biggest regret taking my car here. Had baron bmw service not cleaned up the constant…read morenightmare this place has created, I'm sure this review would've been much more unpleasant than it already is. Allstate is my insurance company of which I had to file the claim on my own policy for an uninsured driver. As if that wasn't bad enough, 2 months of 'working' on literally making it function worse than it went in as, after having it back for 8 months now... I'm still dealing with the extreme lack of common sense, integrity and ACCURACY of their work. They left my bmw for months in the rain when it was t-boned(and very obviously exposed interior could be seen from the outside of the car) that when I got it back, not only did it smell like a dirty foot, the headliner and carpet was so saturated which molded so bad.. it corroded the pedal position sensor to the extent that literally on my way home after FINALLY picking it up, it DIED on the on ramp to the highway. Of course after going and talking to them the next day, they don't know me other than being a female and assuming I'm an airhead and proceed to blame the alternator/battery which after I have been a mechanic and know when that's the case, i let them think I believe their load of crap they are trying to get out of being responsible for and let it go until my inspection results. Nearly $7000 of damage was necessary to replace due to the compromised integrity of the interior. New headliner. Carpet. Pedal position sensor(hilariously no battery or alternator was needed) which thankfully clay, the GM of baron, agreed to the bmw service center fix and replace these issues. If I had an enemy, I'd tell them to take their wrecked car to this place. I write this as I'm irritatingly setting my alarm to wake up early to get another loaner as my car is still having significant electrical issues, ironically ONLY on the side they 'touched'. I can't say the collision center fixed it... I wish I left it as it was when it was hit. It didn't die. My headlights worked, and my insurance company wouldn't have to do extra leg work for what they've found to be mislead or falsified 'line items'(parts they said that were replaced or needed to be replaced which did not. Like my two wheels that they replaced(they are the same ones that came with the car off the assembly line-however they charged my insurance for two new ones- yes the 'advisors' are commission based) amongst many other things. Daniel strain also promised to have this issue fixed in December and sincerely apologized while asking I take down my review. Which I was a fool and 1) believed he would make it right and 2) taking it down. He's impossible to get ahold of. When u can talk to him, be prepared to feel like you're more of an inconvenience than the person at the dmv will make u feel, and by far the most questionable ethics when it comes to his professionalism. If you like your car to run and be treated like trash... come here. They'll even make the inside smell like it for free too! $10,000 regret.

The owner of Sunflower Dent and Detail is a crook who is operating without a business license or…read morevalid business insurance. I took my 2012 Infiniti G37 to his shop on July 26th, 2014 to have some thin pinstripes removed from the vehicle (approximately $125.00 in labor charges according to the owner), and despite assurances from Gary Hassler (the owner) that the stripes could be easily removed with wet sanding (which would not damage the paint or the clear coat), one of his employees used an abrasion wheel instead to remove the stripes which destroyed the paint job on the car. They even sanded down to the bare metal in several places, resulting in damages of $4000.00. Mr. Hassler avoided my calls and text messages for almost an entire week before I was able to catch him in person at his shop to confront him about the matter. All I received were excuses and feet-dragging. On top of this, when they took the car out of the garage they parked it in the lawn, running into a metal park bench which did damage to the front bumper. When repeatedly asked why they continued to damage the entire vehicle when it was apparent they were damaging it when they started on the rear quarter panel, all I received was an "I don't know". Mr. Hassler has stated that he simply does not have the money to pay me, which according to his now former office manager is completely false. I've also checked with the City of Merriam, and he does not have a valid business license. After confronting him with 3 quotes from local shops to repair the damages, he confessed he does not carry any insurance either. I ended up having to pay the money out of pocket to have virtually the entire car repainted due to their negligence. I filed suit in Johnson County Small Claims Court (http://jococourts.org - do a search for Gary Hassler under the Civil category for proof), and was awarded a default judgment of $4000.00 plus interest on September 5th, 2014 because he didn't even bother to show up for court. After reviewing public court records, he has also done this in the past. As of November 14th, 2014 he has failed to submit a statement of assets to the Johnson County Court Clerks office so that a garnishment and collections can take place.
