Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. I've already recommended KC D&D to two people, and although I hope to never *need* to use their services again, should I fall victim to further dents or dings, I won't hesitate to return to Bill in a heartbeat!

I was able to speak with the repair technician directly who described to me the process of insurance and repair as if he had all the time in the world to answer my questions. They kept in contact with me during the entire process of inspecting the car for damage, removing various parts to search for frame and other unseen damage. They explained what type of damage would cause structural problems for the car possibly compromising the integrity of the vehicle's safety. After having been in an accident where the car's safety mechanisms had saved me and my husband from injury, we were concerned about having it repaired correctly. Sadly in the end the car was totaled. However, Eveland Bros. helpful nature did not end there. When I came to collect everything from the car a technician came out to help me carry things from the Acura to our rental and even got a tool to take off the license plates for me. I was so thankful as it was emotional to say goodbye to our car :( Call me silly, but I love my cars. If we ever have any car damage problems in the future this is where I will have the car taken. My check engine light has been on for months, even after I took it to Jiffy Lube, in which wanted to do a transmission flush that would have totaled to $80.00. I drive 50 thousand miles a year and want good brakes. I told Larry that I wanted Manufacture parts on my brakes and when I picked it up the brakes squeaked and I called and Larry said that I said I didn't want manufacture parts because it would be more expensive. told him that I would never say that because the brakes squeak. I have a fleet of vehicles and will never go back to them. I have had to take my trtuck abck and lost two extra days because of them!

We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.
