I even paid out of pocket to use them outside my insurance company's network, expecting my car would be restored correctly and safely. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and my experience fell well short of the standards that certification implies. After a front-end collision repair, my vehicle was returned with a steering defect that was present and noticeable at delivery. Mercedes-Benz repair guidance expressly recommends replacement of the steering column following this type of collision due to known safety risks and delayed-onset failures--precisely the issue my vehicle now has. Despite being provided Mercedes-Benz documentation and dealer confirmation that the damage was consistent with impact, Eveland Brothers did not follow manufacturer guidance, did not clearly document or advocate to the insurer (Safeco) that the damage was accident-related, and ultimately refused to take further action to restore my vehicle. As a repeat customer who paid out of network specifically for certified repairs, this was deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend Eveland Brothers to anyone who expects manufacturer-mandated repairs, safety compliance, or proper advocacy after a collision, especially for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

I received my car back still making noise and a month later they're still refusing to look at it and AAA states I need to have someone else look at this to determine if this was from the wreck or not. Interesting, I get my car back not working and people are confused about a highway collision not affecting the entire car? The service is laughable. Don't leave any messages with Max. He will not pass them along. Since I'm giving recommendations, I would recommend getting another insurance company other than AAA, very sad over 9700$ is paid into fixing the vehicle, getting it back without it running properly. Beware of faulty advertising- "contact us if it's not fixed." They won't even look at the car on a lift. Super disappointing.

We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.
