Tony and Matthew are honest and fair. I can't say this enough. It's so hard finding good mechanics who you can trust. My husband has been taking his cars to T&M for 10 years. When we moved to Midtown KC, we ended up using another local auto shop for the four years we were there but have since moved back to OP and T&M for the past three years. The point I'm getting at is... we are long-time customers. T&M prices can't be beaten and they also work on the cars themselves. They have extensive knowledge of European cars, which is also a plus. Critical: Quality Tony repaired my oil leak and changed my breaks replaced two belts. . I paid him $1595.00. I took the car home and the next day my air conditioning quit working and a large puff of smoke came out from under my car. I took it back to Tony and he looked at it and stated it was the compressor and it would cost another $904.00. I did not get this fixed. I drive my car a couple more days and it locked up so now I do not have a car to drive. read more

Horrible . Had two experiences with this place and both went poorly. The first time I took my car in for a tune up and said I wanted it realigned, new spark plugs, fluids flushed and replaced, and belts checked. He wrote all this down and said he would. Had to replace a belt and mentioned new things that needed done and he clamed to do the other stuff as well and I was charged for it. He did not do the fluid replacement I paid for and needed. A week later my car broke down I had it towed to this place to see if it had anything to do with what did or did not happen during My last visit. I needed a new transmission he quoted me two different prices one $1500 and a $2200 after my last visit I only had enough left for the first and I told him this several times over the phone and had it set I wanted the $ 1500 a week later I go in for my car he told me the total on the phone as $1500 plus tax . I go in the receipt has the $2200 one on it when I confronted him about it he said we confirmed I wanted that and argued he can never make a mistake. He finally agreed maybe there was confusion (something about saying I could only afford the first one and saying the $1500 one on the phone some how confused him. He ended up charging $1600 so I had to pay an extra $100 for his mistake. I went twice both times he messed up and calmed mistakes can't happen to him ..... read more
