I had service code 1235, which was oil change, transmission service, coolant service, air and cabin filter replacement. They basically gave me the car back with a massive oil leak. I had to take the car back the next day to have it fixed. I have massive amounts of oil all over my driveway and the worst thing is, after they fixed the leak they didn't even refill my oil. I checked after I got home and it doesn't even register on the dipstick. Now I'm going to have to take my car back yet a 3rd time to have oil added. The quality of work at this place is not good!

I was told on the phone I could bring my car in to be looked at and get the muffler repaired if I could be there in 30 minutes which I was. I had to make a second call to ask a question before I headed over. I walked in. Enrique went right to work on my car. I tried to strike up some small talk with the owner sitting on the sofa in their waiting area but he never said hello or spoke to me. When the work was done 15 minutes later (a foot-long piece of pipe welded) the charge was $150 and as I pulled out my credit card they told me cash only! so my husband had to come over with some extra extra cash. They never apologized for not telling me about the cash only policy nor did they offer me a bottle of water on that very hot day I stood in the heat waiting for my husband to. I'm sure the work Enrique did was satisfactory but I have never been treated so rudely and would not recommend this place.

They looked at a couple of minor issues with my car, but I also had them look into a major issue. They were patient listening to me describe the situation and even more thorough when explaining any repairs and / or future suggestions. Unfortunately, the major issue is still and issue - it's a larger Honda thing that only certified dealership repair departments can fix - but the small stuff worked out just fine.
