I dropped off around 9:30 am and picked up at 4pm and the seats are a night and day difference. Essentially they had MANY sodas spilled on them over the last two years, so they had set for an extended period of time. Communication was also super easy, there wasn't any extra upselling, the phone call where i booked the appointment and discussed pricing was no sweat, and they were cordial in person as well. And they did their best to make sure I was comfortable by offering me water or coffee, Internet, etc. they were friendly and chatty.
