I took my 2008 pilot in to be detailed. It hasn't been professionally detailed since we bought it, so not surprisingly it had a few stains, I mean 5 kids, two dogs and two cats occasionally get hauled around in it for long distances. I must say, I had the best experience with Extreme Detail. I won a free detail back in 2016. I had my vehicle for approximately 8 months, so there was really no need to get a full detail at that time. I stayed in touch with the staff and was able to schedule an appointment, with no questions, although it was 2 years later. Most places would have said it expired. Even after two years, I still received impeccable service and was VERY SATISFIED with the outcome. I didn't think some of the spots, over the two years, would come out. I was most impressed by the interior from the detail. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone take their vehicle to Extreme Detail. Keep in mind, they will have to keep your vehicle ALL DAY! Took my daughter's car here for a much needed detail. They were able to squeeze me in and charged a fair price for what I needed. They don't have an indoor waiting area, so if you plan on waiting for the car there you will have a plastic lawn chair and a covered area. Their prices far out weigh the waiting area need. I dropped off my Road Glide to be ceramic coated. They completed the four 9H coats plus top coat in just a couple days and I had it back. Trevor and Corey took time to explain everything to me into a much detail as I wanted. When I left I knew what was applied and how. I was disappointed by the whole experience when I went here. It wasn't cheap either, cost me $300 and they had my car for 24 hours. The first thing I noticed after getting my car back was I could see leaves and stick debris under the edge of the hood where water drains down during rain. They said they don't even open the hood unless you pay the extra $50 for the engine clean service (you could see this while the hood was closed and opening it makes it a simple process to throw it away). Then as I am driving home I notice the glove box wasn't even touched, I messaged them this and they told me to take it back to them. So I took it back and noticed a lot of other issues they didn't clean. They didn't clean my center console. They didn't clean the driver side seat belt or one of the bolts that holds down the seat (they did clean the other side). They also didn't bother to roll down my windows and clean the white residue where the window seals are (they said 99% of the time they don't even clean this). My rear view mirror also didn't look clean but apparently the previous own did something to scratch it and it couldn't be clean, Which is fine but maybe mention that to me when I pickup the car. They also didn't bother to shine/polish my tires/rims which was included in what I paid. They said they didn't because of the paint falling off the rims but I am sure they could have polished the tires without even touching the rims. The last thing that I noticed was there was a chip on my windshield on the passenger side, I don't really know if it was there before I brought it in but they couldn't show me anything before to prove it was a preexisting issue (I guess they take video of the before but they move the camera so fast they can't catch anything) The owner did leave me a message saying it wasn't their fault and they reviewed videos (mind you they tried to find and show me the video while i was having them finish the cleaning of my car, but couldn't find it) I still haven't seen anything and they offered me $60 off, like I would go back to this place. read more

Found Extreme Detail on a Google search and couldn't be happier. Got the Signature Detail, which included a 3 year ceramic coating. My Corvette looks gorgeous!! There was 4K miles of road grime from a recent Route 66 trip and it's GONE!! My car looks like it hasn't traveled a mile. The interior is perfect and all leather surfaces look brand new. BRAVO! I recently purchased a new Lexus RC 350 F-Sport. Less than a week after purchase, a family member spilled quite a bit of alfredo sauce from our leftovers onto and into the passenger seat. Because the RC's seats are both heated and ventilated, they have perforations throughout. Consequently, said alfredo sauce not only stained the leather but also ended up in several hundred of these little perforations, making it impossible for me to clean out without proper knowledge or equipment. AMAZING! I can't speak highly enough of both Jon (owner) and his crew. I came in late Thursday evening, and spoke with Jon and conveyed that I had several other time-critical appointments over the next four days before leaving for a family trip. Jon personally came out to inspect the vehicle, and was very patient explaining to me exactly how they would go about making the seat as clean as they possibly could. Not only did Jon's group get the seat clean and looking BETTER than it did when I purchased the car new, they were able to squeeze me in between two of the aforementioned appointments NEXT-DAY. Jon took the time to ensure that I knew how to properly care for the different areas of the car that I had questions about to ensure that I could keep my beloved RC looking new for years to come. As a business owner myself with OCD who normally dreads taking the time to write reviews, I felt it only right to convey how well Extreme-Detail took car of both me and my vehicle. These people need to take a class in customer service!!! I got a yelp voucher and they acted like it was super inconvenient but I brushed it off and made an appt a week later. When I arrived for my appt this morning I was waiting in the waiting room with my infant son and they failed to mention the car wouldn't be ready till 4 in the afternoon! I had been sitting there 30 minutes and they didn't feel the need to tell me that!?! I am extremely busy and wasted time out of my life and my car will not be cleaned before my trip I had planned!
