Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning out my engine block, but they connected me to a great, trustworthy mechanic to help me with other issues I experienced from a wreckless oil change job performed by a mega corporate garage. During my last oil change, mechanics overfilled my oil and didn't seat the dipstick upon finishing, causing potential engine damage and a massive oil blowout throughout my engine and all over the underbelly of my vehicle. For the money I spent I expected the entire vehicle to be cleaned. The backseat was left dirty and I cleaned it myself when I got home. It was obvious it had not been cleaned. I was trying to find a good place to wash my car since buying my car last year. I didn't want to use a regular car wash but a touchless one if I really had to. I couldn't find one that seemed good so I decided to get my car detailed instead. I looked at their website to see what they offered then gave them a call to set up an appointment. I talked with Christina who randomly asked if I was from California because of my number's area code. She was from California too and it's always good to meet people from California out here in the Midwest. I made an appointment for the Elite Exterior Detail since the interior of my car was still relatively clean (car's 8 months old). The morning of the appointment, I met Kevin who explained what the process was for cleaning my car's exterior. He was friendly and knowledgeable and also from California so I thought that we were able to relate easily (not to say that I can't relate to people not from California). There was a small room with a TV where you could watch Netflix if you like, another room for coffee, and of course the bathroom. I didn't go to any of those rooms because I was busy talking with Kevin about random things which made the time pass by fast. The Elite Exterior Detail took about 1 hour and 45 minutes and that was also with another customer's vehicle being washed at the same time. When my car was done, Kevin drove it back to the front of the place and we both looked around the car making sure there were no excess water from opening/closing the doors. My car looked brand new and I was very satisfied. I live about 30 minutes away, but that's not a problem for me. I will be back for a car wash or another car detail in the future! read more

I recently purchased a used car from an individual - 2009 Nissan Sentra. Mechanically, it was in great shape. Amazing service. Best interior car cleaning service ever! Recently came from a long drive trip and smelt then found some nasty stuff (beer puke) under the carpet of my car. They were able to COMPLETELY clean and remove the odor allowing me to drive peacefully with no embarrassment. People that ran the place were nice. I paid over 300 dollars because i had to pay a vomit fee. I understand nobody wants to deal with vomit, with that being said i don't mind paying the fee. The issue came in where, yes the vomit was cleaned up, but my dash board or anything else wasn't wiped down at all. You'd think that for over 300 dollars in one visit my dash and console would get a wipe down...wasn't the case. I'm glad the vomit was removed but for over 300 dollars you'd think they would wipe the whole inside down not just half or spot clean... read more

Shamerrific does a high-quality job and really gets your car clean! They buff out those nasty scratches, clean out all the crevices, and sparkle-ize the whole vehicle from top to bottom. They touched up the paint in spots and offered to fix a for ding (which I deferred for now.... Though it would have not cost a ton). On top of that, they are great people and so friendly! Most expensive detail I have ever had, and quite frankly wasn't worth it. I had to take it back to see if they would make it right and they failed miserably. They were very friendly and i had high hopes but they just couldn't make it right. The interior floors and trunk just didn't have enough effort put in and after sitting for a couple days mud started to lift to the surface and was bad. They didn't realize that the rear seats folded down expanding the trunk and they missed it all together and didn't shampoo or steam clean those carpets. When i took it back they lightly vacuumed and sent me on my way, oh well, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to no avail. read more

Shammerific is a perfect blend of service and price, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I waited to write this until I went twice. They have now detailed my Toyota Avalon and put a coat of wax on it twice, and both times I have been blown away by the shine from the carnauba wax coat. They also did a great job on my wheels and engine bay, something I honestly would never bother to clean otherwise. The staff was so friendly both times - a breath of fresh air. I asked a couple questions about their patents, and the owner Kevin showed me how their invention helps a person hand wash and dry better and faster. It is clear he has a passion for helping people keep their cars clean. Excellent service! My cat got scared in the car and peed/sprayed in my car, soaked all the way through the seat. It was hard to find a place the knew how to get cat pee out, it's not a normal cleaning job. They were able to get it out and smelling great in a few days. They knew exactly what to do and how to take care of it. The true test was a few days later when the car was sitting in the sun all day and the temperature rose, not a tiny bit of cat pee smell. Actually my car smells like a pina colada now! Cat pee is extremely difficult to get out so I am really grateful for their service. They were very easy to get in contact with, and called back right away if I had to leave a message. Overall they do a great service and really nice quality people to do business with.
