(I did not get the carpet shampoo but maybe next time.) I was looking at taking it another place but I decided to go with Turbo because of the way the owner communicated through yelp. He was quick to respond and the big selling point for me was when he checked back in the day before our possible schedule. He came to my location. Which was another selling point for me. He wore a mask and wore gloves. He worked for a few hours on the car. I was very impressed with his way to focus on the details. There were some stains in the car that he worked very hard to get out. My boss saw the car and was very happy with the work done. The seats are leather are worn but it was mentioned, they looked brand new. The…read moreplace doesn't look like much on the outside and it's not the most luxurious waiting room by any means, but it took them less than two hours to fully detail the interior. And they did their best to make sure I was comfortable by offering me water or coffee, Internet, etc. they were friendly and chatty. They were proud of their work and took time to make sure I was satisfied. they had no hidden fees and only charged me exactly what they quoted me. They didn't even ask for a tip like most places do these days. I will use them again.
