Dex quoted me for what I asked for but gave me his recommendations as well (which saved me two thousand in unnecessary work). When I dropped off my car, two of the guys came out to review what was being done. Everyone was really nice and professional. I got the impression this is a small team, so you're not going to get a host at a desk waiting on you, but on the flip side, the people you talk to are the people working on your car. Dex sent me updates as needed. I got ceramic tint on my windows and full front paint protection film - took 3 days. Both came with warranties and I got a pamphlet so I could save that info. Care instructions given. No issues a few weeks later!

Ceramic coating, window tinting. The guys he had tint did a great job and the ceramic coating looks fabulous. We found a deep scratch in some trim of my brand new car that had to be replaced (tesla did this for no charge) and he is even coming to my home to put the ceramic coating on the new trim piece. He was great at communication, and even texted to assure me that my car was safe during severe weather/tornado warnings. I will be sending everyone I know his way!

I have a…read more2023 392 Rubicon with only 18,000 miles and had always stored it in my garage and always used touch-less car wash. I needed it to be cleaned since I had coolant leak smell in my engine and I thought why not get the exterior cleaned too. Bad idea. There were scratches on my car, trimming on my vehicle melted and was somehow pulled from its original place. I brought it to a third party collision center to assess the damages and I was told there were chemical burns on my car and rotational scratches from not using the correct buffer. Total estimate is $5,500 in damages! I specifically asked Shammeriffic if they wash and shine the vehicle by hand and they said yes, well that wasn't true. They wanted me to bring my car back in so they can "fix" the problem, but why would I bring my vehicle in if they caused the damage. Please do yourself a favor and read all reviews, not just the 5 stars.

Jay, the service manager, was extremely helpful and explained the process and pricing (which was similar to the costs at the other locations that were checked).
