I dropped off around 9:30 am and picked up at 4pm and the seats are a night and day difference. Essentially they had MANY sodas spilled on them over the last two years, so they had set for an extended period of time. Communication was also super easy, there wasn't any extra upselling, the phone call where i booked the appointment and discussed pricing was no sweat, and they were cordial in person as well. I will definitely use their services again.

The staff says it's a "corporate issue," but there is no way to contact corporate to resolve it. It appears the company has made it nearly impossible for customers to reach anyone who can actually fix billing problems. Continuing to charge consumers after cancellation is exactly the type of recurring billing issue Missouri lawmakers have tried to address. If this isn't refunded immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General.

First, the wash - it is not very good at all, especially if you have a black vehicle. I went…read morethrough and luckily stopped at the vacuums and noticed my car didn't look clean at all. I went back to the window and the lady at the pay station even said "wow, yeah if I didn't recognize you I wouldn't know your car was washed at all!" Keeping in mind I only do highway driving on a daily basis, no back dirt roads or mud or anything of the sort...there wasn't much but dust and bugs on my vehicle. I went back through a second time (complimentary). The cars were so packed in I don't see how they know who paid for what package. You can see by the picture I posted that my car is still dirty. It got all the dust off, which is great, but I can wipe my hand along my vehicle and pick up all the wet bugs or grass or whatever was not scrubbed off. I basically got a car rinse, not a car wash. TWICE. I just left and didn't say anything a third time. They started to get busy. That being said, the customer service here is wonderful. The whole staff is always nice (I've been here twice). The first time was to get an inside wipe down after a neighbors muddy dog jumped in my car while I ran inside quickly (haha) and they did a decent job. I would give customer service a 5. But if the machines don't wash my car, I can't just keep returning for the smiling staff ): hope they switch something up soon.

I said no I don't want to pay 26, we just talked about the 5 dollars. He shook his head and said so you want the go big though right. I figured he was just tying to be nice so I said yea. He ended up charging me the 26 dollars and didn't even take 5 dollars off. Very misleading, and when I came back around they were very unhelpful and didn't offer any kind of refund.
