First, the wash - it is not very good at all, especially if you have a black vehicle. I went through and luckily stopped at the vacuums and noticed my car didn't look clean at all. I went back to the window and the lady at the pay station even said "wow, yeah if I didn't recognize you I wouldn't know your car was washed at all!" Keeping in mind I only do highway driving on a daily basis, no back dirt roads or mud or anything of the sort...there wasn't much but dust and bugs on my vehicle. I went back through a second time (complimentary). The cars were so packed in I don't see how they know who paid for what package. You can see by the picture I posted that my car is still dirty. It got all the dust off, which is great, but I can wipe my hand along my vehicle and pick up all the wet bugs or grass or whatever was not scrubbed off. I basically got a car rinse, not a car wash. TWICE. I just left and didn't say anything a third time. They started to get busy. That being said, the customer service here is wonderful. The whole staff is always nice (I've been here twice). The first time was to get an inside wipe down after a neighbors muddy dog jumped in my car while I ran inside quickly (haha) and they did a decent job. I would give customer service a 5. But if the machines don't wash my car, I can't just keep returning for the smiling staff ): hope they switch something up soon. read more

I was offered a deal where I got the 10 dollar car wash membership for 5 dollars for the first month, I said yes. He took my card and came back out and asked if I wanted to do the go big. I said no I don't want to pay 26, we just talked about the 5 dollars. He shook his head and said so you want the go big though right. I figured he was just tying to be nice so I said yea. He ended up charging me the 26 dollars and didn't even take 5 dollars off. Very misleading, and when I came back around they were very unhelpful and didn't offer any kind of refund. read more

I work here, but am also a customer here and wash my car regularly. My mother also has a membership here at the lees summit location. While we have had a lot of issues in the past month or so, maintenence and management have been doing everything they can to fix it. It sometimes takes a while to order parts. Our new GM Olivia is doing great improving the site and taking action on things that need fixed, she is putting a lot of things in motion to make the wash better for employees and most of all the customers. As a full time prepper, i love my job and i love my customers. HR is great, DM is great, my on site managers are awesome. I have faith in this place! It is a very old site. Gcw did not build this site, it was a belfonte and gcw has done a LOT to improve it. Beware! This company will not take responsibility for the damages done to your car if it is rammed by the person behind you. There is no automatic safety feature to stop the washes conveyor system when two cars are about to collide. An SUV in front of me stalled, so I used my brakes to avoid running into them, however, the person behind me couldn't see due to soap on their windshield and the conveyor continuously pushed them into my bumper until it was manually turned off. read more

HORRRIBLE CAR WASH SAVE YOU CAR DON"T USE THEM This car wash torn up my running boards on my van. The guy that directed me in the track was not trained on his job very well. I even asked is my running boards going to fall off. He said no hold on. Another man came out and said this guy isn't well trained to direct car on the track. He walked with my car through the entire wash so the brushes wouldn't get caught on my running boards. At no point did the employees offer for me to back out of the wash tack. The Raymore Go Car Wash slashed my brand new tire and took a chunk out of my wheel on their tracks. They refuse to acknowledge that it was their equipment that did this, even though my brand new tire was completely flat within 2 hours of the car wash and the rubber was scraped off the tire wall all the way around the tire. No pothole or curb would have done that. Now they're refusing to respond to our request for reimbursement. Took almost a week to get them to even speak to us to begin with. Had to go up there multiple times. Their corporate number goes straight to voicemail and they don't return the calls. Filled out 2 online claim forms and had no response to either. This is a horrible carwash, my car and others going through are far from clean, I always have to wipe the dirt off after the wash and the towels are dirty so it leaves it still dirty and streaked.I always do the $16 one and Sunday welt back through a second time and it was still dirty. NOT ACCEPTABLE. ATTENDANTS ARE VERY RUDE and they pack the cars in close together so it can't possibly get clean. This location needs attention read more

I love this carwash and I'm so glad it came to Raymore! I love the Unlimited/Monthly Carwash program they have. I have a black car and wash it often....I love having a clean car and I really get my money's worth here. The vacuums work great and I love that they are they are constantly on so they won't shut off while you are cleaning. The one thing they can improve on is the dryer....they don't get my car totally dry and the only reason they don't get five stars. read more

I have a Jeep Wrangler as the previous poster mentioned as well and have not had any problems with it not being clean or dry. I've been going here for nearly 3 years. At first, they did a good job. Not as good as the one in Lee's Summit. I have noticed that I'm supposed to be getting underbody blast with my monthly service package. I'm not getting it. How do I know? First, I don't feel the "blast" at my feet, secondly, the under side of my car is dirty and finally, never seen the sprayers to blast the underside. Also, if you own a truck or SUV, the attendants will spray your inner wheel wells before entering the wash, whereas most cars, mine included don't get touched. HELLO, ours get as dirty as theirs do. The dryer's here are not positioned correctly. The car wash at state line (same name) has its dryers correct and it does a much better job of drying. I've given them ample time to test my car as they do others. Time to cancel and return to travel clean. read more

I went recently to get my car washed. The attendees packed the cars in like sardines. We were packed so close that the soap was not timed right. So the front half of my car was scrubbed with just water. I have called to complain a few weeks back.. with no phone call. I do not recommend this car wash. read more

Did an excellent job of cleaning the entire car and even got dog hair in the back of the SUV out of the fabric.

Basic wash for a high price. The kids drying off cars barely do that even though 50% of the car is already air dried. You would think for almost $30 dollars they would at least wipe your wheels down right? Nope. They've skipped my wheels many times. I've also seen some of them drop their micro fabric towels, pick them up and put them straight onto the car again. Clearly no care for the paint. This is a high paste wash. If you don't care about detail and want a half as wash. This is it. But if you paid good money for your vehicle and care for it. Just wash it yourself. read more

Decent job of cleaning the car. Nice vacuums. Plenty of space to park and vacuum. BEWARE: BYOT (bring your own towel) The Dryers don't work well. I was told that I cannot expect the dryers to accommodate every type of car. My car was dripping all the way around. I asked for a towel (not provided), and was tossed a wet/dirty towel which had been used on a car whose owner had paid for "The Works", where attendants vacuum and towel dry your car ($26.00)! I loved this place until they started adjusting the was differently for my truck. I have been a customer since I moved here a year ago. I drive a F-150 crew cab. I do have a aftermarket ranch hand front bumper. One day I go in for a wash and the attendants push a few buttons and the brushes only touch the side mirrors. The sides of my truck weren't touched. So I pull around and ask for a rewash. They hesitantly agreed. I was told it was because of my bumper, but for 8 months it wasn't a problem. Really haven't been pleased since. read more

Great....a good carwash in Raymore....or at least I thought before I went here a couple of weeks ago. I have a black Jeep...so its not the normal shaped car and black is lets be honest, hard to keep clean. I purchased a mid-range wash service, went through the tunnel once and my vehicle was still dirty in spots, I informed the on-site manager who immediately said they would wash it again....however the second time it was cleaner but not completely clean and the dryers did not dry half of my vehicle...I spent nearly 30 mintues hand towel drying and cleaning it up as it. To be fair I called the carwash and asked for the owner to contact me to discuss my experience before posting this review....since this is their first review and to be fair....however its been two weeks and I have not received a phone call. And to be fair, we have purchased the monthly unlimited package for my wife's car and it does a good job on it...still quite a bit of drying to be done after. Went there on a very busy day. Car wash seemed to be working fine although the brushes seemed to be hitting the vehicle at a higher velocity than previously experienced. When wiping droplets of water off vehicle I noticed tiny grit marks in my hood. It is a black 2014 vehicle and I had just cleaned it two days earlier without any flaws in the paint. It now has tiny pits in the paint, apparently caused by the dirty brushes on overheard rotary brush. Called to report issue and was never re-contacted as promised. Will definitely not patronize this place in the future and want to provide a warning to others who truly care about their car's paint surface. read more
