And they did their best to make sure I was comfortable by offering me water or coffee, Internet, etc. they were friendly and chatty. We took it back and they did have the correct one right there in the shop but it cost me $9.00 more dollars for it. I asked them if I would be able to get my $10 back from the shipping since the part was not the correct one and they said no on special orders they can't do that. What??? I don't understand that. I need every dollar because I am a senior woman on disability and I don't think I will order anything from O'Reilly's again.
