I would like to try them again another time. It seems like the place wants to be good. They have a good product. The bays are very nice. They have hot water for washing and rinsing, which is a huge place in the winter time. The price for what you get seems to be fair with self service. I went on a Thursday night and the facility was in quite disrepair. Two of the bays were closed had cones blocking them. The automatic wash was closed as well. There were four or five employees running around doing something or other. There were a couple guys sitting on stools doing nothing. I worked at a car wash. We didn't have stools. When things were broken, we fixed them instead of sitting around. Maybe things are different now. The potential for a really great experience here, but I didn't have one. I will give them another shot. Maybe it was an off night. read more

They have the best quality wash in KC. Clean, well-lit and the vacs always have goof pressure. Staff is always waiting to help out. And, some are really funny. read more

I've always had good experiences here, and I really appreciate that you can pop in and use the vacuums for free in between washes!

I'm a member with 5 vehicles on a monthly plan. This company is becoming more run down and poorly managed every time I get a wash. Today: no towels, no soap sprayed during was, only 1 person doing the prewash, mis-aligned brushes that either attack my truck or don't touch as they spin and vacuums that don't suck. At least something doesn't suck at Go Carwash. Can anyone recommend something better? read more

Easy fast affordable and friendly. Wash does good job and wash combo cards saves money

Just moved to KC from Las Vegas and drove my car the 1,300 miles, bugs and all. Almost all of the car washes that are in the metro area had mixed reviews and I needed a thorough, deep clean, that only I could provide. So, I made the 20 minute drive to Lee Summit and was not disappointed. They have a drive thru wash in addition to the self wash bays. The machines accept cash and cards and have plenty of options. It took a little extra time and some elbow grease, but I got my car extra pearly white. 5/5 Will definitely come back again! read more

Terrible wash. The bugs were not off. Something was sprayed on the hood of my car to remove the bugs and it discolored the hood leaving it striped. Also just smeared the bugs. Had to come home and rewash. Vacuums did not do a stellar job either. Would not recommend read more

So, just one little mistake, I was told that the bug spray would get some spots off my windshield, but I still have some of them on my windshield. Just wanted to be honest. But really, overall I got some good service. Owen was very friendly. read more

Kind of in love with this car wash. They have a drive-thru service, but since it wasn't too hot yet today, I chose to clean my car myself. The do-it-yourself bays take credit cards and the selection choices are huge! They even offer wax and a power dryer- never seen that before. There's a minimum charge of $3. When you're finished, you just slide the button to 'stop' and it charges you your total. So easy! Then you drive forward to the free vacuums. All told, I paid about $15 for a super clean car inside & out. I'll definitely hit this place up whenever I'm in Lee's Summit again. read more

This is my first time here and I've got a wonderful experience with the help of Richard. I'd definitely come back again!!!

Normally service is great but this last time I went in. One lady was very rude . I wish I got her name but she's bigger and has dirty blonde/ brown hair. and I know every time I come here, they spray the front of my car with some chemical. Well this lady didn't do that and when I tried to get her attention, she walked away and ignored me. I'm going to start looking for somewhere else to go. read more

The staff there is condescending and rude. Even though this car wash is in the most convenient location for me, I will gladly travel further to avoid being berated by the staff. read more

I have been washing my vehicles at this locally owned car wash for years. In fact, I moved, it was no longer the closest but I like the ownership, I like the car wash, I like the attitude of the staff so much that I stayed. Good job guys! read more

This car wash cleaned my vehicle better than Belfonte Car Wash. I was in the area and decided to stop in. I am glad I did.

I used to have a membership for this car wash and used to really like it. The last 3 times I've been, I've had soap residue, bug splatters and soap suds left on my car. I plan to start looking for a new place to take my car. read more

I have been a member of several car washes around town and as of yet this particular Car Wash is the friendliest the most accommodating I enjoy the stuffed animals in the automatic drive-through car wash my kids love going there because of that it's actually an enjoyable experience because most car washes are noisy inside and the kids bear the noise because they get to count all the stuffed animals. I had a opportunity to meet the owner and he actually did a walk-through with me and showed me on how the ins-and-outs worked of the carwash I was pretty amazed on how technical it really is. My name is Eric Davis and if you get a chance to go to this car wash that's the best one in town read more

Convenient and clean. No need to carry a pocket full of quarters since the stalls take credit cards. Has every step you could ever wish for to clean your car. Even hot air to dry it off. Free vacuums. read more

I strongly do NOT recommend going through quickie clean carwash in lees summit located at 910 E langsford road. I went there yesterday with my brand new car less then 2 weeks old and their automatic carwash CRACKED my windshield. Upon noticing this and returning they took my name and number down. Saying it's rare but not often this happens. And talked about previous rock damage to my car. My windshield as PERFECT as I reiterated to him. I then get a call basically saying they won't do anything about it. So sorry but not sorry. Their policy states if there is previous damage they won't cover more damage to the car. THERE WAS NO PREVIOUS DAMAGE. I have several videos of my windshield throughout the day loaded on Snapchat with NO rock marks. I then called my insurance company and since it's under my deductible they won't make a claim so therefore no reason to go after the car wash on their part. The owner was very arrogant laughing and said to me after I polity went there and asked for their insurance that "I'd never get that". Which he's right I won't the police department cant make him hand over documents. Which he knows and he knew everything and acted like he was untouchable. Which is fine you're entitled to act however you'd like, but I'm here just warning people about my experience. My windshield has already been replaced by glass of America (they were wonderful) and my child will be late to school, but! It's still a beautiful day and i will just let karma sort itself out on this one. read more

My car battery died in the vacuum bay today. The owner actually came out and jumped my car for me, so myself and little girl could go home. He made me worry free. I urge anyone to go to this car wash. They have values and homestyle feel that is becoming lost in today's world. read more

One employee named Jessica with brown hair, was very rude. She rolled her eyes as I was handing her money. She was using bad language in front of me as she was talking to her girl coworker. She completely ignored me when I asked questions. Very bad service. Never will go here again. This was so unprofessional. read more
