They have hot water for washing and rinsing, which is a huge place in the winter time. The price for what you get seems to be fair with self service. I went on a Thursday night and the facility was in quite disrepair. Two of the bays were closed had cones blocking them. The automatic wash was closed as well. There were four or five employees running around doing something or other. There were a couple guys sitting on stools doing nothing. I worked at a car wash. We didn't have stools. When things were broken, we fixed them instead of sitting around. Maybe things are different now. The potential for a really great experience here, but I didn't have one. I will give them another shot. Maybe it was an off night.

They will deny the damage, and act as if your car was already damaged. I took the cheapest route and purchased a used tail light on eBay, but even then, they didn't want to pay for the damage.
