I'm sorry to say that I'm not very impressed.
I spent what I'd consider top dollar to have the better grade of tint Premier offers installed in our Civic sedan. Upon receipt of the vehicle, several flaws were apparent. The gentleman at Premier was receptive to having the issues corrected.
Having the issues addressed involved more time and expense on my part getting the car to the shop and getting a ride home. It was inconvenient. Life happens, though, so I wasn't too upset about it, just wanted the car fixed.
Fast forward to today. The light gap around the third brake light, one of the issues noted on the first visit, is still there. From the driver's seat, it is glaringly obvious that there is a 1/8" or 1/4" gap between the tint and the light housing. Every time you look in the rear view mirror, you see this flaw. Given that this was one of the issues noted when the car was returned, I'm surprised they let the car leave the shop with this obvious issue twice.
I dislike leaving a critical review for a business on Yelp. I'd far rather leave a 5 star review. In this case, though, I think anyone in my shoes would be unsatisfied with the work done if this was their car. Taking the time out of a third day and paying for another Uber ride home isn't really very appealing, so I'll probably just remove the tint myself and mentally write off the money lost to the price of education. read more
