He would rather name call and act immature to his customers than apologize for the inconvenience and bad experience I received from dropping of my car. When I went to pick up my car, he was confrontational only to prove his point. This shop is untrustworthy and not considerate of putting the customer first. The service writers were a strong a strong reflection of my experience with the service manager. I've had 15 years of experience in the automotive industry and nothing can make up for these people's behavior towards customers. I now work on aircrafts for a living.
