This outfit was very helpful with our unique window tinting situation and we are very happy with the results so far. We had a couple east west facing windows in our great room that let in a lot of glare and heat in the afternoon which was quickly corrected with one of their dark tinting products. I completed the quote request online. I had an answer by morning. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they got me in the next morning. They had me in and out in an hour. I was shocked. The place I always used in OP always took a couple of hours. I didn't want to drive all the way over there and found this place online. The quality is great and I really appreciated that she confirmed what I wanted and made a point of letting me know the tint would have a blue color to it instead of taking the request without making sure I understood what I requested. I went with something else since I wanted the highest UV blockage while also making sure I had darker tint. I would not have been happy to have a bluish color and she saved me from that. Nice people. Not the greatest work. Car was dropped off to have PPF installed. Car was delivered with 63 miles, handwashed and dried. Free of any blemishes. Got the car and there is dirt under the paint protection film on every panel that was installed. To make matters worse, there was damage to the rear bumper, which was concealed with red crayon. Going back to using the shop I have always used even though it is 45 minutes away from my house. read more

Simply stellar service: my husband called, Mary and Fred answered all his questions about front door window panel, gave reasonable estimates for two options, and easily scheduled convenient service. Dave and Fred arrived promptly and were extremely professional, personable and courteous. I highly recommend their service and the product! We went with the Clear Frost adhesive (it is removable if we want a different look in the future) as this allows light in and provides excellent privacy. It is beautifully installed (versus the hack job we would have done if we did it ourselves) and it's seamless!!! Jenna was great in explaining the different options for my car and promptly responding to my 3,000 emails asking about pricing and differences in what they offered.
