Both of which were never discussed. When I confronted the clerk he told me that I did have a liner in the truck. After my third time informing him I did not, I asked him if he thought I was lying. He finally took off the extra $60 no discuss in this service. He basically treated me like a liar. ALSO - HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK - and I asked him why and he said it was his right. Was hoping I would never have to deal with a body shop, but due to an accident I landed on Tanners…read more Tanner's was highly recommended by other people with the same make and model in a private Facebook group. Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.
