I have been taking my cars to be detailed by Ray and his team for years. They are absolutely one of…read moreKansas City's true treasures. They can take your car that might look pretty worn, scratched and with lots of nooks and crannies full of accumulated dirt-- and they transform your ride to look like it's coming right off the showroom floor! They are MIRACLE WORKERS!!!! I recently had them detail my wife's Sienna XLE minivan. Came out so gorgeous I could hardly believe it. He even fixed scratches from a sideswipe awhile ago to where it' was hardly noticeable. I was so Impressed I had to bring in my Acura as well. Love that feeling of driving a pristine , super clean vehicle! If I wanted to sell a car, a trip to Ray's at Clinic probably adds several times the cost of the detailing to the value of the vehicle. Or you might just bless a spouse, parent or loved one with a totally beautiful restoration of their car to looking fabulous again. . Thank you, Ray and Car Clinic: you are one of the businesses that make KC such a great place to live!

I bought a Groupon for a full detail, and used it a couple weeks back. I dropped my car overnight,…read moreand they had it for a full day. I came back the following evening to pick it up. At that time, I was informed I would need to pay an additional $50 due to having an "oversize vehicle." I wasn't happy about the added charge for a standard SUV, but begrudgingly paid it. When I picked up my vehicle, It was getting dark, and I gave everything a quick once over before leaving. The tires were shiny, the exterior was clean, the windows were clean, and the inside smelled strongly of carpet shampooing. It all looked OK at a quick glance. The next day, when I got to see the car in the light, I realized no interior detailing had been done. Everything had only been given a very quick once over. My floor mats were moved to my trunk, and were not cleaned at all. None of the vents, cup holders, storage, trim, etc were touched. The dust and grime I was hoping to see gone from the detail was all still there. Glad I didn't pay full price, because I would not recommend this place. I got the sense they are not very happy about issuing the Groupons, and the service reflected that.

We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. We picked it up a few days later and it looked beautiful...almost as good as the day we drove to off the lot. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. We will be bringing our Acadia yearly for wax and polishing. Highly recommend Dent & Detail Clinic.

***PICS ARE INCLUDED***…read more This was an extremely poor, filthy and frustrating experience. The ONLY REASON I did NOT give this a "SINGLE STAR" is bc of the wonderful lady that greeted me at the front. She was "older" and looked a bit rough around the edges, but my goodness she was sweet, knowledgeable and respectful. Wait, wait forrrrr it, wait forrrrrr it... BUUUUUUUUTT! True colors then followed, the rest of the staff was rude, disrespectful and down right a bunch of terrible professionals. They talk down to ya, there is zero direction unless they scream and expect you to act like you created the dang infrastructure and built that place. THENNNNNN, the car wash, or shall I say $15.50 worth of some wet hula dancers swishing and swishing back and forth across my hood and later my entire car. Reason I say this is there was zero type of soap, a sprinkling of hot wax foam and that was the "WORKS WASH". I will say, the guys at the end were decent but still assumed you were there before. I had one guy telling me to move fwd. the other guy behind me, still drying my car, saying STOP, STOP/Alto, Alto!!! I will never, EVER RETURM THERE AGAIN. Thank you nice lady at the front! Go get the tip I gave to them for you.

When I picked up the car I was honestly blown away. They brought it back to what felt like factory condition. The paint was shining, the wheels looked brand new, and the interior was spotless. The price was definitely lower than what I expected for this and I am now considering getting my daily driver detailed. It's rare these days to find a business that takes such obvious pride in their work and delivers above expectations. They made the entire process smooth, and I really appreciated their communication and professionalism. Thank you again for the amazing job.
