I was quoted a very good price right off the bat and was told that if I wanted to do it that day they could fit me in later, it'd be about 30 minute to 45 minute process. I originally was unsatisfied after my front tint was darker then intended and did not have time to wait for them to fix. The GM reached out same day and scheduled a date to fix it. So far so good regarding the tint job, only happened yesterday. As far as the customer service, I couldn't be more satisfied. I was in one town and they honored the online price I was quoted, set me up with an appointment in other city as my tall vehicle wouldn't fit in their bays. Went to other location on appointment day, promptly was greeted and vehicle was driven into the work bay. They let me watch and explained in detail what they were doing. Just fantastic service and I couldn't recommend these cats enough. Oh, I did opt for the ceramic tint and I must say, A/C worked to keep me cold on my way there, froze coming home after tint installed. Get your car tinted by the cats, well worth it. read more

Did upgrade to the next level Premium film for better heat rejection with my leather interior in the summer. I purchased a used car and was driving down the road and all of a sudden here comes flashing lights. I thought I was being pulled over for speeding but the officer told me my windshield had tint and that was a federal law that you cannot have tint. I shared with him I just purchased vehicle from reputable dealership and had not even registered because it had only been a little over a week. He was kind and did not give me a ticket but did explain to me the law. So I immediately called Midwest tinting and shared with them my problem. I told them my driver side windows and windshield tint needed to be removed and to install new tint in front doors that was legal. But here is the cool part! Midwest called me and shared with me windshield tint was properly removed BUT your front doors are actually legal and they did not do unnecessary work even after I thought I needed it done and authorized the work. It would have been very easy for them to proceed and charge me, but they were very professional and honest! I will never go anywhere else when needing work for my home or car!
