Quick and easy! Took about an hour and a half to get my job done with an appointment. Steph was very friendly and eligible regarding the choices and price points. I would highly recommend this business. read more

Great service and value for the tint job performed. We are repeat customers. One more vehicle to go.

I called in and requested a quote for my vehicle regarding the window tinting service. The pricing was what I expected, and for the value, I thought it was a good deal. When speaking to the person up front, he was chill and relaxed. He was helpful with the decision making process on the percentage of tint I wanted which I appreciated. We then agreed on a percentage and my car began to get serviced. The service took about an hour or two which is normal. Once the service was complete, I got back in my car and noticed a big splash of liquid near the inside front of my driver side door window. There were other parts within the car that also had drip stains, but this one was the most noticeable. These were dried up stains on the car which made me feel like the cleanup of the vehicle was not taken care of properly. Additionally, I recently found a bottle of the window glass cleaner underneath one of my seats which was very surprising to see. While it can be viewed as a good thing, with the weather being as hot as it was, it made me worried about the product and if that could've caused any damage under my seats. The tinting was fantastic. It's very clean, done well, and is what I expected. I'm very thankful to have the tinting done to protect against the hot weather. Thank you again to the team I really appreciate it. read more

They were able to fit me right in, completed the job on time and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend to anyone,

First let me say I have used Midwest several times in the past when they were located off Shawnee Mission Parkway and was always happy with service. However, I recently went to the new location & had my front two window tinted. After not lowering the windows during the suggested time frame. I noticed one of the windows was badly starched at the very top. They insisted it was not there doing & continue to remind me that my vehicle is a 2024 used vehicle & proceed to walk around my vehicle & point out all it flaws. Which had nothing to do with the issue at hand. Suggestion always take your own before photos. Especially if you have a used vehicle. read more

They were great! Got me in quickly and everyone was kind. Didn't break the bank either--good value.

Excellent work! They got me in for a window tint job and I was out of there in less than an hour.

The best service and quality work provided by their professional staff. Recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional work needed on their vehicles. They also provide commercial services as well. I'm sure they will knock that out of the park as well! read more

Called and set appointment well over week in advance. 2nd person in the parking lot for a 9am scheduled appointment on Saturday. Told to be back at 12.30 pm and they close at 1pm drove by at 11:10 and car had not been touched yet. Got back at 12:40 and ask status and was told they would check. 20 minutes later asked again and was like I never asked the first time. Then was told they over booked the day and it will be some time before I'm done! Why when I'm 2nd in the door who schedule over a week in advance am I the last done! Edit: Raise the review to four stars due to the Manager came out and apologized for the over booking and offered a discount to the few of us this happened to. Appreciate the ownership of the issue. read more

Was looking for a local business that was able to install Ceramic tint on my vehicle. There was a few local businesses that stated they offered it, but only when I called. Yet those shops prices was extremely cheap and they didn't mention it on their website. So, I definitely passed as it seemed super sketchy and I how can I verify they were going to use ceramic tint unless I am sitting in the shop. Now Midwest Tinting has multiple offices - yet I went out of my way to this particular one - since they seemed to be the more established one and reviews to back it up. The lady who answered was easy-going and definitely knew her stuff without having 'to check with the manager.' Made an appointment, walked inside and dropped it off. They tried to limit too many people being inside due to COVID-19. I stayed in the vicinity and walked for about an hour. It's convenient that it is in a little strip mall area and Steak and Shake is just walking distance. Gone for no more than an hour and I saw my car in the parking lot. Thought they hadn't gotten to it - surprisingly it was already done. One thing to mention is that they stand behind their work, so they offer a lifetime warranty for all legal tint. Keyword 'legal tint' - that is one thing that has stood out to me - is that they only offer warranty to their legal tint - while some companies offer warranty to all their tint - legal or otherwise. Now the other thing is I wanted legal(35%) ceramic tint, yet my paperwork states 45. The lady stated "We have to use 45, since Ceramic is darker and to keep you legal - but if you do a tint test - you'll see." To be honest, I honestly didn't believe her and thought somehow I was being jipped. But, I eventually got a hold of a tint meter and it has me at 37%-38%. I was pleased. (and +3 or -3 for equipment discrepancy is good enough for me) It may be an older building but don't let the exterior of the building fool you. Honest shop, with top-notch quality and I will consider them for my future needs. read more

Excellent service and the workmanship is 100% high quality to the value for service. I waited in the lobby for my car to be completed and I easily connected to their free WiFi and worked in their lobby. They have three to four desks with a chair, for setting up and being able to work on and/or with a laptop etc- which made it very convenient. I fully would recommend this MidWest Tint location and already have to two friends. read more

If you are looking for the best Ceramic coating and PPF installer in the Midwest area look no further, seriously. Eric at Midwest is amazing! I have a 2021 Porsche 911 S and I am very very very particular, I don't even let the dealership wash my car. I stopped by the shop prior to taking my vehicle here and had a detailed conversation with Eric who is one of the installers of the PPF and ceramic coating. After my 20 minute conversation with him I was more than reassured that he would treat my car as if it was his own. You can tell he really cares! When I picked the vehicle back up five days later after a full front PPF and full ceramic coating I was amazed! He did literally a perfect job. I spent hours and hours trying to find a quality place and as soon as I went here I knew I found my spot! Thanks again Eric! Oliver read more

Cannot recommend these folks enough. I had my first 4Runner tinted here and my current one. Recently I had to replace the windshield on the 4R and have the new brow tint installed and while I was there the side windows were hazy. It was a problem with the film called low level haze. Meaning it looked kind of milky. Midwest Tint offered to replace that tint at no additional charge with their new product line. Midwest tint stands behind the work they do and the product they sell. The guys there know what they're doing and it looks great. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. read more

Best place in the KC area! Professional and fast. They really go the extra mile for their customer.

Got all side windows done, rear glass & front eyebrow done. Price seemed a little high but that's what you pay when you get quality work/tint so can't complain. Only negative was they forgot to put my brow on and had to go back. Friendly staff, and good work. read more

Got my RDX done first and I was so impressed I took my Accord in a few weeks later. It's been about a year now and the tint on both of my rides is just as nice as the day it was installed. Heat inside the cars in the summer months has been drastically reduced. And I like the privacy of the darker glass as well. The RDX came with a warranty just in case, but since the Accord was so dark, it was a cash job. Not sure I understand that but, regardless, I'm a happy camper. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tint. The staff was friendly and professional and on both occasions my vehicle was ready when promised. I hope to have these cars for a while, but in the event that I get something new, I will be sure to bring it to them. read more

I took my Tesla Model Y to the OP location based on the recommendations we had read online and the recommendation from the Tesla dealer for installing Xpel. We had the full front end done, including the headlights and rear view mirrors, but excluding the windshield and A pillars. Asked them if they took off the front logo and side cameras before getting their proposal and I was told No because they use a pre-cut template, which they did. The proposal was reduced, somewhat, based on the number of PPF templates to be installed. Nice job before the sale, during the process of installing the PPF, and after the sale. I'd go there again. read more
