If you've been around the tint shops in the area, you'll see a wide variety of "professionals". Cornerstone is the best by a landslide from my experience. The nice lady at the front desk was able to make recommendations on products and services with zero pressure and really allowed me to take my time and select what I wanted for me. Everyone there was very knowledgeable on the products and asked what I wanted to accomplish and made their recommendations from my answers with no pressure. I thought I wanted to go with 5% tint, but got 20% all around and it's exactly the look I wanted, while also reflecting a ton of heat, keeping the interior cooler. I drove 35 minutes for this service and would gladly do it again on my next vehicle and may be back to have them do PPF on my front bumper and hood. When we brought the car in, it was a tiny small area, the size of a mole. After getting resin in the area, the chip looks way worse. There are whisker like lines coming out now in two different directions. I called and they said to bring the car in. So I did. They said there was nothing they could do since the resin was already in. My issue is that these whiskers or whatever the technical term for these lines on the glass were not there before the repair. And since having the repair, they are getting longer. The whiskers reflect the sun in a horrible way. The tall guy with reddish hair (name ????) was an a--hole. Excuse my language.
