Modern cars have cameras that see through the windshield and this requires "recalibration". Turns out that this store doesn't even have the software for many common cars, so if that happens, you can wait for hours more. This is because they won't work on other cars, even while they are in a stand still waiting for software. I guess if there's not many places, you can do whatever you want.
