Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. They were honest in stating that it would be quite some time before they could get to it but given the make of the car we were happy to wait for them. We were surprised when it was done almost a month earlier than anticipated. We called weekly and Vito was so kind to always gives us the updates. They had to order parts from Italy then they went through Aristocrat so it was not an easy process. They even handled any pushbacks from our insurance so that everything was exactly like new. I was very happy to see it completed and perfect again. We will always work with Pirrello if need this type of service again.

Their excuse was that the cost from Ford was higher, and that it was harder to install the roof than they thought. I understand the cost from Ford, but why didn't they know what was involved to install the roof? They could have looked that up when they made the estimate rather than waiting until it was time to do it. Of course, we had to pay the entire thing before we could pick the truck up. They advertise that they take credit cards, but the truth is that they charge 3%. Also, they cut some type of wires when installing the roof and we had to wait in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours before it was ready. Then we started having problems with messages and found out that they hadn't tightened the battery cables so there were electrical problems. We had to pay our local Ford dealer to figure out the problem. I would never go back to this place. They seemed like they didn't even care that the bill was so much more!

Because our car is our baby we gladly agreed and had the car towed to them. Eveland Bros called the next day to confirm they had the car and to talk about the damage. I was able to speak with the repair technician directly who described to me the process of insurance and repair as if he had all the time in the world to answer my questions. They kept in contact with me during the entire process of inspecting the car for damage, removing various parts to search for frame and other unseen damage. They explained what type of damage would cause structural problems for the car possibly compromising the integrity of the vehicle's safety. After having been in an accident where the car's safety mechanisms had saved me and my husband from injury, we were concerned about having it repaired correctly. Sadly in the end the car was totaled. However, Eveland Bros. helpful nature did not end there. When I came to collect everything from the car a technician came out to help me carry things from the Acura to our rental and even got a tool to take off the license plates for me. I was so thankful as it was emotional to say goodbye to our car :( Call me silly, but I love my cars. If we ever have any car damage problems in the future this is where I will have the car taken. If your family's safety is your concern, this is the place to have your car repaired, however, if you are just looking for a cheap fix, go somewhere else.
